Most importantly they do a really good job. I love that after removing the junk they go above and beyond and sweep up the area to make it perfect. It would be a nightmare without them for me. I use them every 6 months for spring cleaning or removing large items of crap that can be really hard to dispose of in the Berkeley area. Ricardo responded almost immediately. Sent pictures and received estimate. I was concerned he might have underestimated the effort needed and asked a visit for 'eyes on'. This company is awesome! We got water in our lower level during the NYE storms and alot of the carpet got soaked. I needed to get that wet carpet out of there asap and not only did Enrique actually answer the phone on New Year's Day he said he'd be there on 1/2 to remove everything. They did a great job, removed all the carpet tacks and cleaned everything up spotlessly. Now that its finally stopped raining we are ready to install new carpet and we had most of 1 room of carpet that didn't get wet left to be removed.
