They earned the trust of both my mother (currently 92) and myself. I live in California and knowing that I could trust Monica and Lisa to look out for my mother and I could contact them at any time was my highest priority. The team of caregivers lead by Monica and Lisa were caring and giving. They did the daily tasks well of making sure my mother was comfortable, safe, consistent with her prescriptions and provided companionship. They did the special emergency situations exceptionally well, changing their schedule to deal with falls and accompanying my mother to the hospital. Recently I moved my mother to California to be closer to me. My only regret is that I could not convince Monica and Lisa to move with her.

Met with the owner Traci, and it seems great service trickles down. They were able to start service at the last minute and were extremely accommodating. I'm so thankful we found Eden Estates for my Mom a year and a half ago. On our first visit my heart was overjoyed and at peace. When you can walk into a place that feels like home (always clean, very comfortable furniture, cozy bedrooms, beautiful decor) and smells like home (three delicious home cooked meals) you know it's a special place unlike any other elderly care facility you have ever been to before. The well trained, 24 hour staff, is top notch and truly loves and cares for the residents. They treat them like family, because at Eden that is what we truly are...a family! They accommodate your loved ones likes and interests, favorite movies, music, favorite foods, and even celebrate their Birthdays complete with decorations! Before COVID we celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas together a few days before. We were able to bring our loved ones favorite traditional foods that remind them of home. This place is truly a home away from home. The medical care is exceptional. They work together with my Moms doctors and hospice nurse, always keeping me informed of the plan if anything changes. I know without a doubt that my mom is receiving the best care possible at Eden. Since COVID, Josh (the owner) took swift action to inform us that we are no longer allowed to visit in person. I know this wasn't what any of us wanted, but I am very grateful that his number one concern is the safety of the residents at Eden Estates and gladly abide. Because of this, all of our Eden family has remained safe and protected. He quickly set up an iPad so that residents can video chat with their families.
