They earned the trust of both my mother (currently 92) and myself. I live in California and knowing that I could trust Monica and Lisa to look out for my mother and I could contact them at any time was my highest priority. The team of caregivers lead by Monica and Lisa were caring and giving. They did the daily tasks well of making sure my mother was comfortable, safe, consistent with her prescriptions and provided companionship. They did the special emergency situations exceptionally well, changing their schedule to deal with falls and accompanying my mother to the hospital. Recently I moved my mother to California to be closer to me. My only regret is that I could not convince Monica and Lisa to move with her.

It was the same thing every week with no progress. The next two times it was virtual, so again no one was watching me, or progressing me. After my 3rd spine surgery I was sent to Empower PT and immediately felt like I found the right place. From the get go Jody was very invested in me and my progress. I was observed to make sure I was doing my exercises correctly and when they seemed easy, they'd progress me, or swap it out for a new exercise. Every appointment someone would work with me directly, work out any knots or pain I had, gave me tips on what to do at home, and just made me feel like they really cared. It is her way or the highway, no respect or human decency she only cares about herself, Denise does not care if you have a family of your own to take care of. Any gas used is paid for out of pocket. She does have her favorites, only the employees she actually likes will get paid for mileage be careful though!
