My last experience was a bit of a let down, the burger I ordered was dry as a bone and tasted like it was stuffed with bread crumbs, so disappointed in the place I always raved about to my friends about said burgers. Hopefully this was just a Covid blip and things will smarten up as we go along. I'll give this establishment another go and I'm sure it will be back to normal. I will say though the staff went above and beyond what I expected and not only offered to cook me something else but at the end took my burger and drinks off of the bill. I felt a bit guilty to be honest but it is service like that that will keep a customer going back.

Service was friendly, beer prices were fair, but the side of fries that we shared was almost $8 which was weird. The wings are meaty and seasoned well- a great price especially on Wednesdays: $4 for 8 wings! I rarely have a problem finding a preferred table- I like booths over chairs and low tables over taller ones. Plus, they won Red Deer Wing Fest people's choice award this past summer. The rest of their menu is pretty good too- I'd recommend the Murph's chips both loaded and not loaded. Only real downside is sometimes the karaoke music gets a little loud to have conversations and service is intermittent sometimes, depending on who is your server. All in all, Murph's a great place to go for wings or a drink with friends!

The cozy atmosphere and fantastic decor set the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening out. I had the pleasure of indulging in their delicious signature dish, the juicy and perfectly cooked steak, which was accompanied by a side of mouth-watering grilled vegetables. The food was exquisite, presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. The menu had a great variety of dishes, including burgers and ribs, which everyone can enjoy. To complement my amazing meal, I ordered a glass of red wine, which was recommended by the knowledgeable and attentive Sommelier. Our last visit will likely be our last. We were the only customers on the patio. And yet, it still took half an hour for our food to arrive. And when it did arrive, it wasn't worth the wait. Both the burger and steak bites were hard, over-cooked, and didn't look that great on the plate. We didn't say anything as we were hungry and disappointing food was better than no food. But for $70 (drink and food), plus tip, I expect a little more. Waitress also couldn't get the table top fireplace or the gas heaters to work. So for dessert, another cocktail, better service, and no second hand smoke from the waitress' having a smoke break, we went to BukWildz
