A simple bit of education could have turned our experience around easily and avoided our comment. Get it together and help your staff!! We saw you in there doing basically nothing - brutal. You hear the industry complain about all the external factors that are hurting the industry but sometimes you have to look within.

This was extremely disappointing, and given that you pay a minimum of $50 each on weekends, this is a LAUGH. We even had planned on desert and to get the digesto shots, but after getting incredibly annoyed after 2 hours, we decided to give up and leave. We could have gotten completely full from normal portions at any other restaurant, and not have had to wait 2 hours. After making our 3rd or 4th order, our patience left and we gave up trying to ask for anything because we were not going to get half of it anyway.
