And indeed. Delicious, unique beautiful creations in every glass. I also left having enhanced my liquor IQ despite killing a few brain cells :-). What took me pleasantly by surprise was the food. Holly Crap it was incredible. I had a burger that tasted as if it was homemade. Such fresh ingredients, all prepared with level of skill I would expect in a fine dining establishment. Really recommend TTL for lunch/dinner or a catered event.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. It only took around 20 minutes which was nice however the food was gross. The sweet and sour pork and the ginger beef were not only cold but had almost no sauce on it as well. I paid for the food and when I got home to eat what would turn out to be shitty food I then realized that I had paid and had not received my egg rolls and that they hadn't even given me my beef and broccoli. So after calling them to tell them how they screwed up my order they then told me I had to wait for them to make me some beef and broccoli. After waiting they can and delivered the egg rolls and I still had to pay for the beef and broccoli even though they screwed up my meal and I didn't get any type of compensation. The beef and broccoli also sucked, the broccoli is raw and there was no flavour on either the beef or broccoli. I would not only not recommend this place to anyone but I would instead recommend to everyone to never eat there. They are overpriced and there food is terrible. And it's not even that big of a deal but they gave us 1 fortune cookie and 1 soy sauce packet even after they asked how many people would be eating. The restaurants current name is chine diner. If you are looking for Chinese food in sylvan lake I would sooner tell you to buy it at a gas station.

As an example, my bro had the grilled chicken sandwich for $12.50, which comes with brie & caramelized onions. His comment was, "Earls could learn a thing or two!" Eggs were perfectly poached the old school way. My aunt loved her prime rib hash with beets, the dish looked beautiful as well. I had the goat cheese omelette with tomato relish, caramelized onions, shrimp and ham. Really good, served with just the right amount of little potato pan-fries and toast. Everyone loved their meals, service was prompt and friendly, and they let us hang out and chat until they had to close up at 3. Recommended for a good quality, reasonably priced brunch.
