Our latest experience will have been our last, and I'm actually hoping that someone from there will read this. I realize going to a bar for brunch is rarely going to be stellar so our expectations were measured but even so, the Benedict's were extremely bland an flavourless. It started with the curdled cream in our coffee but of course that can be forgiven as it happens for sure. The issue was how it was handled. Started with a look at the coffee and a "wow, you're not having much luck today" as a response from our waitress... followed by... nothing!! No removal of the coffee, no replacement of the coffee, no acknowledgement or removal of the coffee from the bill! Now our server was friendly enough and I don't put this all on her - this is poor management and subpar training. A simple bit of education could have turned our experience around easily and avoided our comment. Get it together and help your staff!! We saw you in there doing basically nothing - brutal. You hear the industry complain about all the external factors that are hurting the industry but sometimes you have to look within.
