I was provided a price, which was less than my insurance company provided. I was told that the company would call me Thursday and provide a two-hour window for installation Friday. On Thursday, the office called and stated that Eric and Ryan, the father/son team, Would arrive between 11 am and 1 pm. At 10:45 am, the truck pulled into the driveway. The team went right to work cleaning out the broken glass and installing a new back glass. They were neat, efficient and took their time, making sure everything was properly installed and watertight. What a great company. I would not hesitate to contact them again, if I needed a glass replaced.

He did a awesome outstanding excellent job fixing my truck. I had backed into a tree on a cloudy rainy slightly cloudy muddy day in a narrow back road trying to turn around. Window and mirrors were fogged some. Thought I ran over something at the time. I turned around put my window down didn't see anything, headed back home got out went around to look at the tire to find out tire was fine had a big dent now and back light was hanging out and wouldn't go back in because of the dent. Called around places to try to get in to get quotes in Fredericksburg and they were booked out for like 2 weeks or more. Some places didn't even call back. Found this business and Derek said bring it in and I can provide a Qoute. Got it in he was looking at it and his Qoute was $1,500 to get it fixed with a new light. I discussed fixing some other scratches and damages around the truck and we walked around with him looking. He said ok, He can throw in the back door hitch too. For that Qoute I said he's got a deal. He even showed me a vehicle he was fixing at that moment too with the hitch door damage like mine, showing me the process he was doing to fix that other truck hitch door. I said i can leave it with him today. He had me pay a down payment of $500 and the rest when I pick up, took him maybe around 2weeks. A week and a half maybe. Can't remember to well. But as soon as it was done I came in to look at his masterpiece and it was terrific so clean so nice so smooth with new paint too. Derek is the man! If I ever need work done again like this, Derek is my guy now. Thank you so much Derek! You are Awesome!

After I moved to Alabama I found myself in need of a sliding back window replacement for my Toyota Tacoma. I figured what the heck, I'll try the locally owned small business here. BIG MISTAKE, they completely FUBAR'd the job and wouldn't stand behind their work. After a call to John it was determined that a cheap quality aftermarket window was used and would most likely need to be replaced with a new OEM window. John located a window and I brought the truck to him and he did a fantastic job . From now on I will be scheduling any Auto Glass repairs to coincide with our trips to Virginia. Yes folks, they are that good and reasonable that I will drive 650 miles to get it repaired before I'll let another company do it.
