After getting sandwiched when the lady behind me missed her brake pedal and slammed me into that poor young lady in front, I elected to have Pro Collision Center do the repairs. The only reason I gave them 4-stars was because they failed to contact me after my insurance sent them my information. Even though it was my insurance's fault for not including my phone number in the information. They could have e-mailed me (if they had my e-mail address) or contacted my insurance company for my contact information. I ended up having to contact them myself to make an appointment for them to do an estimate. After this, I had no issues and they even arranged for me to use an in-house rental (covered by my insurance). read more

I was very disappointed in the service I received at Pro Collision Center.... On the back of his business card he has the verse John 3:16 .....i thought i would be dealing with compassionate people who would understand my situation after i explained to him that i adopted my son from Haiti and as a single mom am having alot of financial difficulties.....I am not sure he even heard what I said because David Rutt(owner) was more concerned about telling me all his financial problems of how much he charges.... I actually showed him receipt of my brother-in-law who had his work truck towed for only $120.00 for 40 miles compared to Mr. Rutt charging me 715.00 for at the most 10 miles..... And Mr. Rutt let me know he should have charged me $1000.00 maybe a little more .... I felt no compassion or understanding from him.....I was advised outside his shop by some other customers not to use Pro Collision again. they said that David Rutt will cheat and rip people off....when I read the back of his card I thought this would not be true of him (John 3:16) Just be careful, people will use Jesus Name to deceive you .... sad...... I am so thankful for people who help on every day life and does not have to be inside church walls. read more

I had two dents and a 6 inch crease in my Tacoma tailgate and I was getting ready to trade-in the truck for a new Rav4. I visited Pro Collision and was told that they could do "non-invasive" repair. I suppose they could pull out the dents/crease without having to strip down the tailgate, mud the dents and re-paint. The quote was very reasonable. I left the truck on a Friday and it was ready for pickup early the following Monday. They did a great job!! The tailgate looked just like a new one. I certainly will use them in the future if I need repairs. I could not be happier!! And they had washed and cleaned my Tacoma when I arrived to pick it up. My insurance company recommended I use this company. I had to take my vehicle there twice to get them to actually fix it. Then the second time they gave me my car back they broke the anti skid and the front sensor. When I pointed it out to them that both of these items worked when I took the vehicle in they told me to bring it back in. I did and they charged my around $80 and did not fix it. They are scam artists and theives. I will never trust them again with my vehicle. read more

I will never and I mean never take my car to these crooks ever again. I am so serious when I say they are not a place you can trust and when your own insurance company tells you the things they were charging extra labor rate fees and 25% mark up for towing that they have nothing to do with but because they wrote a check to the tow company they charges the additional fees. The insurance company told Pro AUTO body NO they were not paying that so instead of not charging the fees they charges us which was not the right thing to do when you were paid over the amount for ev thing else and made us pay the additional 250 over our 500.00 ded which is crap. They first tried to say it was a charge for a tire which would have been covered under the work but it was really them doing the over charge for labor rates and towing add charge for writing a check to them which was not the amt that was charged. They knew they had us and had been in the rental for over an additional week trying to fight with the charges for higher labor rate and tow bill which they didnt care about us as a customer and I was warned after I took my car there about how they lie and steal peoples money which now after dealing with them I should have taken it to another shop like Reyonlds in orange like we have done in the past. Please dont ever use them they are liars and crooks and the tire light was on when we picked up my car so Now I know for a fact that they did even fix the car the right way they would have made sure everything was checked and fixed. Terrible customer service. Rude manager and he was not able to explain why they had neglected to start work on our vehicle after 7 days sitting on their lot. It was a minor body dent. And he could not say when they could do the work. Then they made us pay $234 for a mechanical scan before we could take the truck. A disgusting experience. read more

For anyone that needs body work for there car, here is some advice: DON'T TAKE IT TO PRO AUTO IN ORANGE. They ripped me off big time. They lied about when I would get my car back, then they over charged me for a mirror that I could have gotten for about 135 dollars cheaper, not including labor. The work is shabby to say the least. They left goop on the car from where they put the trim back on and oh yes the trim, they put the DAMAGED trim back on my car, which they charged me for. I asked them to replace the trim with a new piece and the owner, David Rutt, wanted to charged me for installing it again. read more

I had just left for a 10 hour drive to Lousiville, Kentucky from Fredericskburg, VA and realized my car was making a noise which didn't sound good. I noticed Pro Collision center on the way and stopped in. They were open before 8 am and the owner, David, immediately looked at my vehicle. The plastic piece under the steering wheel area underneath my car was dangling. It took him 5 minutes to fix and I was back on the road. He was kind, courteous, quick and very professional. I have gone to Pro Collision twice now, after my car was backed into on two separate occasions. My mother also has used them after hitting a deer just three weeks after buying her brand new car. I have been more than pleased with every encounter I have had with every employee of this company, and highly recommend everyone to use Pro Collision whenever the need arises!
