I visited the Reservoir at night at the beginning of my pub crawl through the Toyota Music factory. DO NOT FORGET YOUR ID - PSA. The scene was as every other night scene, yet they offered a place to sit, fellowship, and converse over a limited menu. Majority of the Patrons were inside so the Mister and I sat outside. It offered more space and a vibe that flowed into the overall courtyard. Service was IMMEDIATE. As we seated, the waitress followed shortly after to explain the menu and take any first orders. We ordered 10 chicken wings split between Thai chili & Lemon Pepper with fries and added the Pecan Cobbler as a dessert. Them wings are cooked very well, CRISP & MOIST. The Thai chili reigned over the lemon pepper. The sweet & savory combination of the Thai Chili and hint of Thai food spices was a HIT for me. The Lemon Pepper wings may have needed a little more salt because It just wasn't it. The fries shaped like a waffle coated with a crisp season that made them IRRESISTIBLE. The Pecan Cobbler was so GOOD. I could have licked the bowl. It was INDULGENT with Carmel drizzle and ice cream on top. I was in the mind of a blonde brownie and grandma's pecan pie. I think this place has a great atmosphere especially if you're just trying to eat, drink, and catch a vibe. Also, the TV was playing college football (+1 point) read more

Reservoir is an anchor restaurant at the Toyota Music Factory with one of the best dining atmospheres in all of DFW, especially when there's an event on the TMF Plaza. The menu continues to surprise me; this visit was during Irving's recent Cinco de Mayo event on the TMF Plaza. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars, 5 Stars if the weather is amazing and there is an event on the plaza. Atmosphere - When the weather is nice, Reservoirs doors are open, and there is an event on the plaza, Reservoir shows its superpowers. I came for Irving's Cinco de Mayo event, and we ended up dining at Reservoir because all the doors were open letting the fresh air, music, and energy in. It's like riding in a convertible. 1 Star. Service - You seat yourself. Honestly, this is the only challenge with Reservoir. The combination of phenomenal weather, an event, and a busy restaurant led to long waits. Our server was super nice and got us everything we needed, but we had to be patient to finish up. 1/2 Star. Food - I continue to me surprised with Reservoirs menu. On my most recent visit, I went with the Apple Honey Gorgonzola pizza. This white pizza was outstanding. This tasty pie was presented well too! The pizza was served on red and white checkered paper and a wooden square. The cheese was mild and allowed the sweet apple to shine, but the honey added another layer of flavor. And the pizza crust? Soft, but it held up the cheese and apples. Not sure if they use a wood fired pizza oven, but it sure was tasty. Also, my virgin Strawberry Mojito was sweet, cold, and refreshing, putting an exclamation point on Cinco de Mayo. 1 1/2 Star.1 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. Reservoir continues to be in my TMF restaurant rotation. The newly designed plaza at TMF makes it an even better destination, especially when there are events. Next up is the Irving Marathon. 1 Star. read more

Stop here on our way to the R&B concert at the Toyota factory. They have a little cocktail before starting our concert experience. This was a nice spot. It was clean. It was friendly. The service was pleasant and timely. No complaints. Also, it was a great way to validate my parking ticket. read more

Worst experience at Reservoir at Toyota Music Factory. The service was extremely disappointing, and our server acted like she was doing us a favor the entire time. Unfortunately, the experience really took away from what could have been a great night. If you're looking for good food AND genuinely great customer service, skip Reservoir and go to Thirsty Lion instead. Ask for Brett--he provides some of the best customer service we've experienced. Friendly, attentive, and actually makes you feel welcomed. read more

My husband was here having a few drinks last week as he waited for me to get off work. I guess the bartender didn't like the fact that he asked one too many times about happy hour. So when she asked if he wanted another drink, he mentioned he would get the vodka on happy hour and she turned around and mumbled "cheap ass" as her and another person across the bar just laughed. I know everyone loves a good happy hour (and I'm pretty sure she would too, if she was dining somewhere) but it's weird getting upset or calling someone cheap for wanting a good deal, especially when you guys offer it. read more

Drinks are a little overpriced for location and what they are - most are sweet and frozen or draft cocktails. Good spot before and after concerts. read more

Candidly stopped in here after striking out at Yard House, but am really glad we did. Ample seating and tons of TVs. Sat at the bar and service was not only quick but the bartender helping us was knowledgeable on the drinks and food. Went with the balboa pizza, adding jalapeños, and the chicken fried chicken with jalapeño gravy. The pizza was solid, great crisp on the crust, cooked well, fresh toppings, and good ranch. As for the chicken fried chicken, also insanely good, nice batter and the gravy was great. read more

We visited Reservoir at Toyota Music Factory for the first time over Memorial Day weekend. I ordered the Thai Sweet Chili Chicken Tenders, and my husband had the Lemon Pepper Wings with Waffle Fries. The food was fantastic--hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I enjoyed the "Breezy" cocktail, and he tried the "Bushwacker"--both drinks were tasty and well-made. The only downside was the service. Despite the place not being busy, we didn't receive the level of attentiveness we expected. Still, the quality of the food and drinks made up for it, and I won't let the service discourage me from giving it another shot. read more

This is in a great spot by the Toyota Music Factory. On a nice day, it's hard to beat the open windows and live music. Reservoir is super casual, it's a seat yourself bar/restaurant. Wasn't tough to get a table on a Saturday evening at all. Our service was ok - they were super busy and seemed sort staffed so I'm assuming that's why. We tried the pickle pizza after seeing dozens of other tables with pizza and it looked soooooo cheesy and so good. Pickle pizza didn't disappoint! Loved the red sauce compared to the normal white sauce I've seen for this combo. It was the perfect amount of pizza vs standard pizza flavor and between 2 people we finished it! Overall, solid bar option with pretty good food. Parking in the garage is also free if you make a purchase at one of the nearby restaurants so that's a plus too. read more

Food here was good, the atmosphere was laid back and casual, our waitress was cool and did a great job. The shrimp corn dogs were different and the fries tasted garlicky and was a bit much. I ordered a drink that was a chocolate frosty with rum and whiskey that was great. Overall, I we enjoyed the evening and will be back. read more

Noisy environment but attentive servers. Decent food and good ambience and vibes overall.

The service was outstanding! I came on Monday November 17, 2025 evening to watch the cowboys game. I sat on patio. My server was a tan curly headed young lady. She was great. The food was not my speed. The tenders taste like cereal. The pigs in a blanket is a big sausage covered in bread. The beer was cold and ranch water was amazing. I will be back only to enjoy some drinks. read more

I rented out the entire restaurant for a 3-hour networking dinner, and it was absolutely AMAZING! The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the service was truly top-notch. From the GM, manager, and assistant manager to the servers, bartenders, and door staff--everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the night seamless. I've hosted this networking dinner for over 12 years with more than 100 attendees, and this was by far the best service we've ever experienced. The team kept food trays full, bartenders efficient, and somehow there was never an empty platter or a line at the bar. Outstanding experience--I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough for private events read more

Arrived while it was not very busy but was hopping by the time we departed for our concert at Toyota Music Factory. Frozen sangria margarita was excellent. Cuban sandwich was meh. A bit dry and without good flavor in the pork. Ham was good though. Added bacon which was a first for me in a Cuban. Garlic fries though were excellent. Convenient location. Service was friendly but became stagnant as the place got busier. Added an automatic 20% gratuity to the tab even though we were only a party of two. read more

Birthday vibes, but service missed the mark. Me and my coworkers stopped by Reservoir to celebrate a friend's birthday and kick back with some drinks. The vibe was lively and the space had potential, but the service didn't quite match the energy. Our waitress, Megan, was friendly--but unfortunately, my drink was forgotten during the first round. Out of a party of five, everyone ordered the same cocktail, so it was odd that mine didn't make it to the table. No big deal, but it did throw off the flow a bit. We still made the most of the night, but for a birthday outing, we hoped for smoother service and a little more attention to detail. Hoping next time the team is more dialed in--especially when the order's simple and the celebration's special. read more

My son and I are sitting on the patio and having such a great experience! The service has been excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is really enjoyable. The loaded fries are amazing, and the frozen margaritas are just as good! I'm honestly surprised this place only has 3 stars--it definitely deserves more. read more

I had a very uncomfortable experience with KJ Socks. Throughout the night, he repeatedly invaded people's personal space and was overly handsy in a way that made me and others uncomfortable. He also appeared to be drinking while working, and his behavior reflected that. On top of that, he had a strong body odor that made interactions unpleasant. A karaoke host should help create a fun, welcoming environment, but unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. I won't be returning while KJ Socks is hosting. read more

Walked in, no greeter. Sat down at bar. Ask for menu. Bartender only gave me a food menu, which came out on a butcher block. Had to ask for a drink menu. Drink menu had no prices on it, so I just ordered a shiner bock. Limited beer selection, no list. Went to watch college football. TV's are awkwardly placed around the bar. Honestly, I'd only come back if this were my only other option. It's too bad though the surrounding areas looks great. read more

To be honest, if you want to just go out to drink with friends and watch sports, this place is good. They have beers on draft and great mixed drinks. The food is slacking. Last time, I waited about 45 mins for my food, and it wasn't good. My server Jaelyn was very helpful and she knows about the issues in the kitchen. I would not recommend to eat at this place, but the servers are friendly and the drinks are good. read more

Food was great, when it got to us. Service in the restaurant and bar were terribly slow. Two bartenders and couldn't even get an acknowledgment. Reservoir won't disappoint. Service is always great. The DJs are usually really nice on the weekends. It's a nice place to visit.

Sunday 3ish Waitress was very busy but very good at her job. Atmosphere: louder than I would like. Table conversations have to be a little louder than normal for you to hear. Outlet in the booth we sat in. I needed to charge my phone so I was glad about that. Seats in booth need replacing. Busted up a little bit. Everything is open seating. Waited around 5 or so min for service. I got the sampler appetizer, Smorgsbord ?(sp). It comes with the queso and tortillas and 3 other choices. Queso- 3/5 wouldn't have to reorder Chips - 4/5 The angry pig in a blanket - 3.5/5 would possibly re order for the table Funky town? Wings- Asian Chile- it comes with maybe 4 wings? 3/5 Possible reorder The chicken strips (captain crunch breaded)- 3/5 wouldn't have to have them again. Sangria margarita - very cute. But not strong. I should've felt the margarita 1/2 finished, since I had nothing to eat previously, but did not Overall, it was a chill vibe. We sat inside and the wind came and gave a nice breeze. Would I return? Possibly, but no rush. And I would prob get the ultimate ham and cheese or the Cajun shrimp tacos. Wouldn't get the sampler again read more

Brisket Skillet was very good. It could've been a bit hotter, but the flavors are there. Service left a bit to be desired. Our waitress spilled some of the Alfredo sauce from another person in out party's order and it landed on my boots. I had to ask for something to clean it up with. read more

Favorite experience! Awesome service from D and live music, great drinks and food. Its definitely been a fun stop

Wow, it's been awhile since I've had a bad dining experience but here we are. The staff was unnecessarily rude and service was slow. It might not have been bad that the service was slow since it was busy, but the staff did nothing to try and make up for it. They acted like we were inconveniencing them. We were also serviced "mimosas" that came in a regular glass and tasted like just orange juice vs the champagne glasses we saw other people had. We asked to confirm we got the right thing and instead we were served a smart alec response. We weren't even rude about it, just checking since it tasted like straight up OJ. The food was meh once we finally got it. Choose any of the other eateries in this area. This one isn't worth it. read more

Forgot to take a picture of my drink but Megan was my server and she did such a good job! I was totally flustered when I got here because I misread my happy hour plans as Resovoir instead my friends were all at The Reserve ; I had ordered a drink when they called me of this mistake but the margarita (Megan made me a swirl) was HITTIN' I most likely will be back to try more things on the happy hour menu because I was pleased with my brief encounter. My colleagues and I came here after dinner so my review is solely on our drinks and not the food. The service here is great though, they were so attentive and gave us the front corner with the retractable garage window that looks into the center stage/lawn/play area. This place is the perfect location when they have outdoor concert in the summer! My colleagues ordered bunch of drinks and I only got cider so I can't really comment much. They also have a modern juke box where you put in $5 and you get ... I forgot how many credits but at least 6 songs I think. But their selections are not big though. Overall, good vibe and good service and great location! read more

First of all let me say brunch fruit was the BOMB! I mean that not what you expect at a sports bar but when you order a meal, get the fruit side. It is fresh and delish! All of our food was good. Slightly above average for sport bars. The service was good but they were definitely under staffed for a big game day event. They could have sold us more drinks had they been able to wait on us more quickly. read more

The place and service were great. We chose this place solely to be able to watch the Mavs game. It has a sports bar feel to it. The menu did have restaurant-quality pickings so that was a plus. Our drinks and food came out quickly and looked great however, the food was lacking in flavor so bad to the point where we didn't even finish our food. It was a little confusing too because it looked so great! The shrimp tacos were dry entirely and had no flavor and the elote tasted as if it was overcooked and really need more of the dressing because it was bland. My pulled pork was dry and didn't have any seasoning/flavor to it. The veggies didn't taste very fresh and the dressing/sauce was very little compared to the quantity. Unfortunately, of what we spent and how it turned out. We will not be returning. read more

My first time here and I wasn't too sure what to expect. It wasn't too packed, the ambiance is very chill and relaxed. The menu wasn't too overwhelming, but I would've liked more options. The service was decent, and the food was pretty good. I forgot to take a picture before I started eating. I ordered the Turkey burger which was very flavorful. There's this sauce that comes on it, which helped with the flavor. I was a little put off that sides had to be ordered separately with the sandwiches. But overall it wasn't a terrible experience and I'd come back to try their drinks at happy hour. read more

My friends and I visited Reservoir today 9/28/25 and our server was horrible. I would like to add his name but he never introduced himself to us, so I will call him the guy with the thick mustache. We were planning to order food and drinks but only ordered the nastiest pineapple margarita I have ever had. It was so watered down and very disappointting. For the food we nevered ordered because he took for every to bring back the full menu we asked for while ordering drinks. Once he finallt brought us one it was just one for the four of us. Last he never came back to see if we where ready to order. tried of waiting I found another server a sweet young lady who told me my total and took my card so I could check out and leave. Service was very subpar. Food was yummy and filling. Would not return on a Friday night, seems we got there in the midst of a rush due to a comedy show taking place in the Toyota Pavilion. Our first time here to Toyota Music factory and we were hungry. We stopped at the first place Reservoir and it was a bit confusing but you seat yourself. Our son who was 10 was with us and I will say - although no one said anything- this is prob not the place for kiddos although there wasn't anything inappropriate- this is more of a happy hour or after work hangout. Lots of TVs to watch whatever sports are one and a large covered patio for outdoor dining. The place is Lou filled with music too so kind of hard for conversation if that's what you are looking for. But overall a fun vibe. The staff was friendly and service was fast. We ordered the captain crunch chicken strips (they were awesome), ahi tuna salad (great flavor) and the brisket skillet (was okay). I was impressed with the level of food and overall taste of everything considering this is truly a bar. I would def order the chicken strips or the salad again. Not sure about the brisket skillet- my husband liked his food. This would be a fun place to hang with friends and I didn't have any issues with the service or staff unlike the other reviews. Come check it out. read more
