Don't be fooled by the grand size of this business, instead be thrilled that Lane Associates can do…read moreit all. From cleanings to crowns, the staff has you covered. Front desk is efficient and helpful. A special shout out to my hygienist, Jimena... she's the best! And also Dr. Webb. This is a great team I've managed to score. So happy we found this practice on Miami Blvd in Durham.

I want to start by saying that I genuinely really liked the dentist and was happy with the care I…read morereceived. My negative experience has nothing to do with the dentist personally or the quality of the dental work. My issue is entirely with how the estimate, insurance timing, and billing were handled. I had never needed a root canal or crown before, so I was relying on the office to help me understand the process and what I could expect financially. I had already paid almost $2,000 toward my dental care based on the information and estimates I was given. I was then left with an unexpected balance of nearly $700. What makes this especially frustrating is that this treatment was done less than two weeks before my dental insurance plan reset. Had I understood how the billing and insurance processing would affect my out-of-pocket cost, I could have waited less than two weeks and potentially paid significantly less. I would have appreciated someone explaining that to me and giving me the option to decide whether to proceed immediately or wait until my benefits reset. I completely understand that insurance estimates are not guarantees and that offices cannot always know exactly what insurance will pay. But that is exactly why communication and giving patients options are so important. When someone has never been through this type of treatment before, they don't necessarily know what questions they should be asking. What disappointed me most was how the remaining balance was handled afterward. Within just a couple of months of having the crown completed, the nearly $700 balance was sent to collections. After already paying almost $2,000 and receiving a substantially different final cost than I expected, I would have appreciated some understanding and an opportunity to discuss the discrepancy and payment options before having the account turned over to a debt collector. I really did like the dentist, which is why this experience is so disappointing. I don't expect a dental office to predict exactly what an insurance company will do, but I do expect transparency, communication, and the opportunity to make an informed decision about my care. Had I simply been given more information about my benefits resetting in less than two weeks, I could have made a different financial decision and potentially avoided this entire situation--including being sent to collections. I hope the practice considers improving how it communicates estimates, insurance benefit timing, unexpected balances, and collection procedures. Patients should be given the information and options they need to make informed decisions about both their dental care and their finances.

Getting a dental implant is something where I'm not sure "I'm a fan" is EVER an accurate review,…read moreeven if for some reason one wanted to knock a star off of a provider's rating, which I don't. No one WANTS to have a dental implant. It's an involved process, which also ALWAYS requires a "radical cash-ectomy." But if you have a tooth that can't be saved, and you have the resources to absorb the cost, Triangle Implant Center is the place to go. I am a dental work wuss, and the thought of "We're going to drill into the bone" gave me High Anxiety (TM Mel Brooks). But Dr. Reebeye is kind, calm, and gives the impression that he's done so many of these, that he could knock these out while asleep if he had to. I elected to have sedation, and he has an actual anesthesiologist on staff, which put me at ease as to who was going to be minding the store to make sure I woke up afterward. Having the implant took only about 45 minutes from the time I sat in the chair till I woke up. No pain, no problem. I didn't even need painkillers afterward. The process also involves a few follow-up visits to check how the bone is growing around the implant, and a final visit to place the healing abutment. For this, it's local anesthesia only, takes about five minutes, and is easy as pie. Now I go back to my dentist for the crown and we're done. I don't understand the poor reviews. Yes, you have to pay for the entire implant process up front. I don't have a problem with this. It is an expensive procedure and they don't do this for free. I found Dr. Reebeye to be very kind and thorough, and the staff and technicians to be courteous and understanding as well. I'm hoping not to need many more implants, if any, but if I do, this is where I'm going to go. Not the cheapest implant in the Triangle, I'm sure, but highly recommended for professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work.

4:45 " App Store '…read moreReviews Triangle Implant Center ... 1 year ago I recently had my teeth removed for dentures and I was referred here by my dentist because I was on blood thinners. The office management is very poor, I was scheduled for the surgery months out but they called me less than a week before the appointment and said that they had to cancel because they had not received information from my cardiologist they needed. After some begging on my part they agreed to keep the appointment if my cardiologist sent the info, which he said he already did but he sent it again immediately. When I arrived I was treated okay by the staff at first until I was in the chair. When the surgeons came in NEITHER ONE OF THEM SAID A WORD TO ME. Instead one of them grabbed my chin and pulled it up and back, applying painful pressure underneath my jaw. My attempts to say something to her was ignored and she held me there until the drugs kicked in. When I woke up I was already outside of the clinic being bundled into the car with my mouth stuffed with gauze. I waited for months only to be treated like this because of a mistake that the office manager had made!! I don't recommend this facility at all and I have let my dentist know about the treatment and hopefully they will stop referring patients there. Update!!! One year after getting my dentures I have to have a piece of tooth removed that was left in my gums!! I can't bite down on that side because it is too painful. I am reporting this to the medical board. This place needs to be closed down!!
