This company is awful to its employees. They don't care. Employees are expendable. They overwork…read moreus, and don't staff enough so that we can have a break. How is it that I work an eight hour shift and there's not enough staff for me to take a break. Isn't that illegal? The most recent doozie is changing the return policy. I get yelled at enough because there are so many misleading sale signs. Now I have to get yelled at because the wealthy owners at the top desire to be cheap!! These people can't and won't even give a crumb to their employees for Christmas! Cheapos!

My daughter (8.5) stuffed a stuffy our first visit and we returned 2 days later to make a potion. We worked with 3 different employees and they were so sweet to our Daughter. The stuffy experience was 40 and the potion was 35, which seemed very fair considering how much time and sweetness that was expressed.
