A big, thoughtfully decorated window invites one in where you will find a divine collection of childrens' clothing, accessories, books, toys and other items bound to delight any youngster. The selection is good without being overwhelming and while more pricey than, say, Walmart or similar stores, I think you get excellent value for what you are getting. Some of the lines they carry come from England and are just adorable. And it isn't just for girls - I have got things for my now almost 2 year old nephew which were original and charming. In the back by the check out area, there is a display of some lovely jewelry, bags, and other pretty things for Mom or Grandma too. Or in my case, Auntie! I got two beautiful necklaces and some earrings on my first visit. The owner and her mother run it together and both are just delightful. I've had some excellent conversations there while checking out. Young mothers with babies are often to be found there and it is a warm and welcoming place. They often have sales and weather permitting a table of interesting items outside. Whether you are shopping for a new baby or a five year old, you will find something here that is unique, well made and just what you didn't know you were looking for. Check it out! Walking in, you are bombarded by everything black, dark and magical. The first thing that catches your eyes is the huge illuminated witch in the center of the shop. Everything and anything dark and spooky you can think of you will most definitely find here. There's a lot of dark pieces here. I'm into positive spells, magic and the history of it all but some of the stuff they had here is are things I'm not into it. But it's cool that I got to check out it. I adore that this store is on an old bank. The venue is stunning. The building is very ornate. I can only imagine the kind of history that this building holds. To say that I was blown away when we walked into BlackCraft Cult would be an understatement. I…read moreremember opening the door and hearing my husband say "whoa." You walk inside and your eyes immediately go up to the enormously gorgeous witch statue that is hanging from the ceiling. I had seen photos and videos, but it is more beautiful in person. It is a tribute to one of the owners and her battle with cancer. The inside is decorated spooky with tons of orange and black everywhere - I wanted to stay here forever. They even had a life size statue of Edgar Allen Poe. They offer a ton of merchandise from apparel to mugs to even stickers and magnets. Everything is pricy as you would expect, but you can only get their items in store so I think it is worth it if you're looking for something unique. BlackCraft Cult also does a haunted house on the weekends during the Halloween season with live scare actors - you can tour it during the week too, but they do not have the actors then. Staff were friendly and helpful! I hope to come back some day to visit again! Check them out!
