The person assembled it; however, was unable to make it work. We spoke with the vendor and discovered that the correct steps were not followed. We hired a couple of additional handymen and they failed to make it operational. Then, I found Jason on yelp. I explained the situation and he immediately identified the issue. He stopped by my house the following work day. In a matter of minutes, he resolved the issue that three handymen prior could not solve.
