(PHOTOS ATTACHED)…read more Want to start this with saying I don't frequent this location so I don't know what they're like on a day to day basis. But, I keep fish, and the lack of basic care led me to write this review. When I went in today I took a look at their fish wall, specifically the snail section (which they are almost always out of snails and shrimp) where I saw multiple deceased snails. It was also evident that they had been left there for a while with the few other live snails since none of the soft body was left, just the shell. Which is first of all gross and secondly can be dangerous for the other snails alive in the tank. (Side note: I purchased snails from here in 2025, firstly the worker did not honor my request for larger snails only, but all three of the snails I bought were sick, and in questionable condition. Nonetheless, all three did survive) Additionally, when I looked at their comet goldfish tank (this is the goldfish tank with lots of juvenile goldfish) there were also multiple deceased fish at the bottom that the other fish were eating. These dead fish had been eaten down to the bone so they were not very obvious but that still not ideal at all seeing as you could tell they were in there for a while (I visited the store around 2:00PM at this point they'd been open for 4 hrs). The goldfish tanks also had a very strong, noticeable odor that tells me they haven't been cleaned recently. Last thing for the fish, their betta fish were actually in seemingly good condition. I didn't stay to look for that long because it's in an awkward spot right in front of the door and cash register (it's to prevent shoplifting, and so they're front and center). The cup display is well lit and only some of the cups had cloudy water. But if this display were in the back of the store I'm sure it would have been in much worse condition based on the other tanks on the wall. The customer service was nothing noteworthy. The cashier just seemed like she wanted to finish the transaction as fast as possible, which is fine even though there wasn't anyone in line behind me. Overall, this specific location was 2 stars mostly becuase the store was very clean, and they did have most of their items in stock. The main concern is the quality of life their animals have before finding their forever home. I personally would think twice though before purchasing any animal from here as I know they have had issues with animal (mostly aquatic) sickness in the past. (PHOTOS ATTACHED)

I would give no stars if possible. I have taken my dogs to Petsmart on E. Broad in Reynoldsburg…read morefor grooming g for several years. My one dog is dead and I have in past always been happy with how they treat her. No more! I was shocked when I went to pick her up to find a $20 fee added on for two things never mentioned. I took my own shampoo as always as my dog has allergies. I was this time told AFTER the fact there was a $10 fee for this. Also, I was charged $10 because she allegedly kept escaping - something. Which has never happened before. The fact they couldn't control her on the table was dangerous to her and alarming. No ie. Has had a problem like this before with her which makes me question the ability and experience and groomers. I will never take her there again. Her safety means more than anything and they obviously don't care.

I have taken my Pomeranian here for 6 months for grooming. He had scattered matting so I was…read moreadvised to get him several mini spaw treatments with dematting each time until hes fully dematted then a full groom and cut. We waited for 6 long months for this full groom and cut to happen which was $90+ my family was mortified when he came home. The groomer tending to his dematting sessions was really nice & patient however, I made sure if she is really good with cuts. I went back to the store to discuss the end result with the manager Brie, she says she'll see what she can do. 2 weeks came by never heard back. So I followed up. She says the owner doesn't do refunds or the option was to get another cut from a different store! Unbelievably disappointing and will never ever come back here.

There is a large washing area that accommodates dogs of all sizes. Shampoo built into hose so just change the lever to clean or rinse. There was also a scrubbing brush to clean with and a regular brush to brush out. Hanging up there were a few different scented sprays to finish up with. We went with the grapefruit one. One of their vacuums is down so it wasn't in there but a staff member was able to snag it from the other bathing area so we could get him blown out. There are also a few towels provided and a small dog and large dog collar that you can attach to the wall so your pup isn't all over the place. Would come back again to use this self serve option. The groomers are just okay. Last time we picked up our pup he still had lots of hair flying around and his hind area was unevenly trimmed. Not to mention it took longer than expected which would have been fine if they didn't send me a text saying to head back that my dog was almost done. I came back and still waited 40+ minutes before he came out. I had to ask someone what was going on. Also looked like the tips of his nails were just filed but not actually clipped

I recently stopped shopping here…read more My vacation was disrupted for over an hour overlapping two days over the need to cancel / reschedule an appointment that was to occur over my vacation time... an appointment that I had canceled / rescheduled before leaving town but had not been fully addressed by Mutts & Co Grooming. I was told that even though I had grooming appointments booked for the remainder of the year that my July appointment could not be booked because I did not have a method of payment stored within their new online booking portal. Storing a form of payment on an online booking portal is not something I would ever do and did not appreciate the effort that Mutts & Co put into trying to convince me otherwise during my vacation. I was away for five days. I was interrupted during two days of my vacation over this matter. The unfortunate part of this story is that Savanah is amazing at grooming my fur babies; however, I will not place a method of payment within their online portal. I now need to make alternative arrangements for grooming which is not at all appreciated. Life is busy enough without arbitrary and unplanned side quests. Mutts & Co does offer a variety of healthy products for cats and dogs. They are good about assisting you to the car with large orders or even assisting with curbside pick up. However, all of the products that they carry can be gotten through online retailers. My only other complaint is that they continually store the shopping carts on one side of the store and shopping baskets on the other side of the store. Their shopping carts require the use of a shopping basket too as items fall through the shopping cart when used alone. Disabled persons have a hard time traveling to each side of the store to collect a shopping basket and shopping cart. I would point this out each time and would return to the same set up the next trip.

I have been looking into adopting a puppy for years now but haven't had that perfect connection…read morewith one that I've been yearning for . Visiting my family from nyc, took my little sisters into petland just for fun and fell in love with the MOST beautiful black and tan Shiba Inu , which so happens to be one of my favorite dogs and it has been difficult to find a breeder. Knowing what I already knew about pet stores, I knew it would be overpriced and I knew it was a big risk but I figured ... at least im saving him from the pet store. Want to give a HUGE shout out to the ladies in the store that truly went above and beyond for helping me on this journey. Ciara, Laila, and Sarah were such a great team and worked very well together to make the experience better than I would've expected. Only big tip I have is to prob try to go without the starter kit. It comes with a crate and a shit ton of vitamins, some food and sprays for training even their own vet they use have stated the vitamins arent even that necessary. They say its " included " in the price but once you're cashing out the numbers start going all over the place. At this point though, I was far too invested in my connection with the puppy that I was willing to pay for whatever ( fyi the pup was about 5,600 , I put 2,500 down and financed the rest at a very high interest rate, only for the fact that I knew I will be paying it off early anyway ) was it the smartest financial decision to finance an overpriced puppy? Probably not. But the staff does a very good job actually under the circumstances and the puppies pretty much sell themselves. Once you lock in and fall in love with one of these babies , no going back. My little man is microchipped and has a lifetime warranty ( also you have to keep up with buying their shit every 3 months to stay on that warranty btw ) Lots of pros and cons to purchasing a puppy this way. Overall, thank you to the ladies for bringing and welcoming my son into my life, I picked a WINNER !! Follow my baby on insta @hennypacksheat
