    Went in on a whim and walked out with an Emperor Scorpion! Super helpful!!! This is my first scorpion so they taught me how to pick up and handle it with no problems! Fully informed me how to care for it as well. Shop was clean. Will definitely be back!!! My son named her Princess because it's funny to have a scorpion named Princess. Lol

    Reptiles N More is hands down one of the best setups I've seen. Super clean, organized, and you can tell they really care about their animals. Their enclosures are dialed in and well maintained. They also have a great selection of feeders in stock, which makes it easy and convenient to grab what you need without having to run around to different places. If you're into reptiles and want quality animals and a solid, reliable shop, this is the spot. Highly recommend.

    Absolutely amazing Reptile Store. They have everything. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. If I can give them 10 stars, I would! Super clean, great prices and excellent customer service. Plants, inverts, amphibians and lots of beautiful healthy reptiles!!!

    I recently started going to Reptile N More and I'm honestly impressed. The staff there are super knowledgeable and actually take the time to answer questions and help you out, which makes a big difference if you're keeping reptiles. Their feeders are also noticeably better than most of the local spots around here--healthier, more consistent, and fairly priced. My bearded dragon has been loving them. The best part is I don't have to drive 10+ miles anymore just to find good feeders. It's great finally having a reliable reptile shop nearby. Definitely recommend checking them out if you keep reptiles!

He says he will send me the invoice to pay over the internet. I told him i would pick up from San Diego (more than 100 miles of driving each way!!!) I did not pay yet and asked to change my CPDs to 3 otos. I told him i would like 6 habrosas, at least. When i drove up to santa ana (the next day), with an invoice of 6 habrosas there were only 4 in stock. I understand that Corys prefer larger groups. Had it been disclosed ahead of time that there were only 4 corys, i would not have driven up from SD to Santa ana and the INVOICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BY THE SELLER If there is not enough stock. There were not even enough otos as i requested. -This wastes my 3 hours of round trip driving (100+ miles) and gas to be short changed. ----------------- -i will have to report this to the BBB as well. -after speaking directly with Nolan, i will wait for his business to rectify this situation before i take additional actions. --------------- Edit on 12/2 after seller's response below: 1. 85 miles or 100 is an approximate. It is a trivial point given that it is a long distance drive from sd to santa ana. The crux of the matter is that you sold me 4 cories when you knew ahead of time i wanted 6. I acknowledge you are closed on Wednesday. You had employees in the shop anyway on Wednesday--they said they had to come in anyway to feed the fish for the long weekend whether i came or not. 2. The invoice i received is an automated email invoice. I can email it to you like. It has 6 cories written on it, not 4. And to your reply i am not looking for other cories, iam looking for the habrosas. 3. You knew i was there to pick up six (that is why the invoice that you personally emailed me stated 6 habrosas, which you wanted me to pay). So Eiither you or your employees did not take stock before you emailed me an invoice or you knew ahead of time that you did NOT have 6 and tried to sell me what you have. 4. The 4 habrosas and the oto cats have SEVERE red gills when they were pre-packed in bags upon my arrival. Either this is due high ammonia or red gills disease. I regret buying them. 5. A local fish store in san diego says it is bacterial and recommends medicine treatment. Since the day i picked them up They have been in medicinal treatment and it is nearly a week where the red gills have been present even with daily water changes and 0 ammonia.. I never had this experience with other local fish stores. 6 aside, i have received unsolicited yelp correspondence from your employee. Note i was courteous with your employees. They did not need to initiate any involvement in yelp which was not appreciated. 7. The only correspondence was that you would send 2 cories free of charge on monday and i would not take further action until we resolve this problem. 8. Please do not send the 2 cories, i am wary of the quality of care from your shop given the state of the cories and oto cats. Going forward I will not be ordering from this "guppy mill". And i will report this to the bbb and to other social media sites

Agustin's shop is clean, whimsically decorated with a really cool fish and turtle pond in front and the reptiles and birds are very well taken care of. Agustin helped me out a couple of years ago when I had to move my Mom out of her home and into an Assisted Living Facility and had to re-home her two large birds. Agustin found a buyer for her Moluccan Cockatoo at a fair price and a home for her other bird. I continue to frequent Agustin's for a feeder rat for my daughter's snake. I have noticed prices have gone up considerably over the years but what hasn't. I do appreciate their frequent feeder mouse/rat card and that they use double paper bags for the critters because they do like to chew free. They always have a great display of reptiles and birds I like to walk through, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your reptile and bird needs.

    So this is a review that is just a feel good story. I've had amazing customer service in the past…read morefrom various places and establishments. It usually prompts me to write about my experience on Yelp good or bad. This review is of the Petco location in Tustin off Irvine Blvd... I came in on Wed, Aug 27th to grab a portable soft sided crate for our new pitty puppy along with some other goodies like a Carhartt collar and some silicon lids for my pups bowls AND a nifty double sided spatula as I mix wet and dry food for my puppy (* Hills Science Diet for Puppies ** Tried raw... puppy didn't like and too many minerals in raw foods), but I digress... So I had my puppy with me on this trip so he could hand pick a few items by sniffing them for approval or putting his head down to disapprove any selections. It was a semi-hot day in SoCal and they were doing construction of the parking lot next door in front of Trader Joe's. So the parking lot was packed - lot's of cars and in the midst of all this automotive and parking lot chaos - I had my puppy in the cart with my items unbagged (bc I was offered a bag at Petco and decided I could manage 3 loose items) along with a large flat box that contained the collapsible soft sided crate. As I approached my vehicle - Kingston (puppy) - wanted to go mark some territory so I proceeded to pop my trunk and place my large box in the trunk and I grabbed the loose items and threw them in the dog tote that I carry for Kingston. No biggie. After Kingston marked up a few rocks and soil - it was time to roll out. The items I picked up at Petco were perfect! Crate worked as intended as we wanted to have Kingston in a crate inside our car during short trips so he's not jumping around everywhere and the collar was legit - can't go wrong with Carhartt - and the bowl covers were magical! They stick on top of any bowl size to provide a suction like seal without any sticky residue!! So as I reached for the spatula so I could scoop out some wet food and mix it with the dry food... I could not find it! I looked in the dog tote - nothing... checked my car - nothing... looked at the receipt in case they didn't ring it up - it was on there and I paid $5.99 for it. I figured at this point I lost $5.99 bc it would not be worth it to check if I had accidentally left it on the counter when I checked out -- otherwise, it would've been left in the cart in the parking lot and at this point the following day - no way anyone would find this spatula. So for ish and giggles -- I decided to go to Petco the following day and ask about it with receipt in hand. I was going to be in the area and what would it hurt? I was thinking to myself... how do I even go about asking for this? Uh... by the way I purchased this spatula thing and I think I left it on the counter or in the cart which I left in the parking lot yesterday. Any chance this $5.99 item was returned? -- That's the best I could come up with so I decided to go with that. Enter Petco and Ary greets me with... "I can help you on the first register... do you have a return?" I then proceed to recite what I wrote in the paragraph above. To my surprise she looks at me and then says... "I'm sooooo glad you came back and asked for this!" I'm like - wait what? You guys actually have it here? The spatula I left yesterday in the parking lot??? Low and behold Ary pulls out an OD Green spatula from under the counter with a sticky note that says "Found in shopping cart (outside) 8/27" BOOM! The universe is right again and something so little and so insignificant has prompted me to write this entire saga as it unfolded in my head and physically at Petco. If you've read this far - thank you for reading and I really want to say thank you to Ary and Petco for not tossing this back into inventory or discarding it in the trash. If these guys take this much care and attention to a $5.99 silicone spatula left in a hot parking lot inside a cart... I DEFINITELY will be back to support this store location and also entrust the wellness and happiness of my puppy with the staff here who clearly care for their customers and have pride in their work! Great job Ary and Petco staff. Kudos to you guys and you will never know how much this small gesture made my day and brought a smile to my face reaffirming that people can be kind and thoughtful despite the crazy world we seem to live in now a days.     I used to take my dogs here for years to get their nails trimmed. I've pretty much given up and am…read morenow looking for somewhere else for this service. Twice I have walked in, waited for someone to appear at the counter only to be told they were too busy. The second time I was told that I needed an appointment before bringing my dog for nails. I pointed to the Express Services sign that said, no appointment needed. I've called several times since then to try and make an appointment and the phone always rolls over to voice message. I finally left a message indicating that I wanted to schedule an appointment expecting a call back. Instead I received a message that my appointment was scheduled the next day at 10am without any input from me. Unfortunately, I had a family matter to attend to at that time and had to cancel. The staff has changed and they may be good groomers and maybe they are understaffed, but customer service sadly is terrible.

My daughter went to the store today, and the new cashier would not service her. we come to store every 4 days for this food. this isn't new the cashier was rude and abrupt with her, told her " i don't know how to do this.. so you're need to go outside to your car and figure it out on your phone" excuse me what? once my daughter went back in and spoke to someone else who was helping her address whatever misunderstanding the new lady had... said new lady come over and got involved saying that they're not allowed to assist her. she even said that " her trainer was on break and she can't ask her for help" lady... you either know what to do, or you don't so thanks Petco in orange, we now need to find a way to feed this dog tonight with some food that not going to cause her to bleed out of her ass. we'll make other arrangements going forwards. **Edit** Reach out to YOU to discuss this?? Absolutely not ... i'm not doing any leg work to FIX YOUR FN MESS. you know what its like to have to look after a pet with Kidney cancer? We'll order from the manufactory going forwards..     Very rude owner , I came here today to ask a question if the Santa to take pictures for where for…read morepet only or if it can be humans too ... he was really rude and sarcastic about it saying well yes dogs , monsters , aliens anything and Then the owner proceeded to ask why I was asking and i answered with , just a question and then he said but we closed now we are picking up . I walked away and said thank you . I then went to a store next door I come out 5 mins later and there's a whole crowd with their pets lined up to take pictures with the Santa . I'm not sure if they discriminated me or they just didn't want to tell me that they were open but never again am I coming to color and leash pet shop? I've never had this experience before and I hope none of their future customers experience this as well.

Than they changed it to every 12 bags you get the next one free. That's fine. But we kept noticing they kept telling us "your next one is free". GREAT. After three attempts to get our free bag of food they would say "next one is free" We started keeping track and noticed they are scamming us. So we are no longer coming back. Which sucks because I would like to keep this company in business but they aren't valuing their customers.
