    Corroded water pipes.

    We had Repipe Specialists out to do a total repipe of our hot and cold water lines. It was a challenging process. But after talking to their field manager things got back on track. The contractor they have doing the rough dry wall patching is very good at his profession and attention to detail. After 60 plus years our galvanized pipes were so badly corroded inside and after the job was finished, our water pressure is back.

    Our picket fence removed and all concrete broken from the excavator equipment.

    Scam, Avoid. Repipe Specialists is nothing but a referral service to other plumbers for a fee, they quote jobs; they answer and archive complaints. The plumbers they chose for us are over 50 miles away. It's almost 2 months now. Our yard is torn-up and they say they are calling for quotes from local landscapers. Rossco Plumbing, their sub-contractor, has been to our house four times in the last 2 months. They did the initial "job" in a half day. Leaving the walls open, and not telling us if, or when, the walls would be closed. We washed our clothes, and sewer waste backed-up into both of our bathrooms. because they had drilled through our sewer line when they drilled the supply water line to our house - not even checking where our sewer line ran, but rather assumed we knew by asking us that morning.

    Christopher Borden of Repipe Specialist is the nicest, honest, and most thorough estimator I have ever met. He explains everything so you understand the nature of the work involved. I have polybutylene pipes and he informed me of their recall 30 years ago. I highly recommend him .

    Avoid avoid avoid!!! Their sales rep is great at the start. But once you sign with them, they charge you for work they didn't do with no hopes of a credit. Sales rep is not reachable after signing. Their customer service is on their terms not yours. Trying to charge me again for their mistakes. I suggest cutting out the middle man. Better off going straight to the plumbing company vs through these guys that mark up everything. Red cedar was who did the actual plumbing for these guys and they themselves were great. Update: After they said my job didn't exist. I added my job number below. I also tried calling the representative below several times that commented and he constantly ignores my phone calls. Instead of returning my messages he writes their own incorrect events without even so much as a courtesy call to get his information accurate. Instead refers me to the operations manager that wanted to charge me twice for something they screwed up on on who then hung up on me when I called them out saying that they were at a Drs appointment in pain. As stated already, once they have you, the customer service sucks. I told them every time they could not start work till 10am they still arrived earlier and got upset at me because it didn't work for them. The repiping crew and operations manager while on the phone during install told me I had to talk to my sales rep for a credit. He refuses to answer texts or calls. So don't plan on any credits They charged me the full amount on the day of install instead of what the contract states that the final payment amount would be collected after drywall is completed which was weeks later. So a surprise charge turns up. Their patcher was sent on a day not scheduled theres a reason theres a chosen schedule. Several times suggests three or more they came on a day they weren't suppose too and then on the day they were suppose to they came early before 10 and then being my fault this time I had allowed my guests to stay later. So I told them don't worry I'll take care of it. Then they threatened to charge me a second time for drywall repairs. ------------------------------------------------ So lets see if this get their attention as the rep who sold me the job isn't interested in talking to me about it. They sold me the job and I explicitly expressed if theres copper and new fittings are they going to leave those and will I get a credit. Yes they said they would leave it and the price would be adjusted. They would still have to open the wall. No problem. The job is replacing all the old plumbing and patching all the work. They replaced all the old and new plumbing leaving a majority of the fixtures in place because they were new. But did no patch work saying they would have to come back another time. Thats definitely not what I remember being told as it was a small job and that they could probably get it all done in a day. But sure ok, I schedule the drywall to be repaired being an airbnb I scheduled a day in a couple weeks because they have nothing available that works. So they charge me the full amount before everything is complete instead of the agreed amount. The rep will not return my messages or calls who is the only person that can correct the contract and issue a credit. The operations manager decided to send the dry wall guy on a different day that was agreed too which of course did not work. Then proceed to be confused about the original appointment which I had to book and confirm again. They called to confirm the morning of and had the time wrong again and then blamed me for making them wait. Then when they did show up my guests had previously asked for a late checkout which was totally my fault so I told the dry wall guy to just forget about it and I will take care of it myself. The operations manager starts blasting me with texts telling me shes charging me again for the dry wall guy coming out a second time. At this stage I had had it and called them telling them theres no way in hell I'm paying another 300$ for dry wall work when I have already paid and it was their fault they sent him a different day. Although it was my fault today but I have already paid for today. She hung up on me. Thats their business, all glitter and glam at the start. Then once you've sign them on no one wants to help and instead just blame you for all the issues and try to get as much money out of you as they can paying for stuff they didn't replace. YES I'M A CUSTOMER JOB ID 761182 and why are you ignoring my calls? You told me to call you which I did but you don't return my calls. Now after your version of the events you tell me to talk to the operations manager who is the one that hung up on me to start with. Hi

    This company has changed. And not for the better…read more A week ago I called to schedule an appointment for a leaky faucet in my house. An AI voice answered the phone, asked me why I was calling, told me it was going to look up my account details, said it had a problem and that someone would contact me to follow up, and then hung up on me. A few hours later I got a text from "Cameron". I complained to "Cameron" about the experience I had from the AI phone answerer. "Cameron" apologize and told me that such an experience would frustrate him too...then "Cameron" decided to be transparent with me and tell me that he was in fact AI as well and "his" real name was "Carson". We went back and forth about 6 times to explain the problem I was having and to set up an appointment. Then "Cameron" told me that the time we worked out wasn't confirmed yet and that someone would be calling me to confirm the time. Thanks, "Cameron". This was Friday around 4:00PM. THE NEXT MORNING, a human being (I think) texted me from the same number to confirm the appointment. After I let them know how unhappy I was with the AI scheduling service, a human (I think) did call me and apologized for it. Then, on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived an hour and a half after the 12:00-16:00 window we had set up. I had to call them at 16:30 to ask if the technician was coming and they told me he would be there soon. When he did arrive, in the middle of me making dinner for my family, he told me that the faucet would need to be replaced and that it would be $750 (!!) in labor to fix it. Then I was charged $83 for his time (which I guess would be rolled into the service). So, in the end I still had a leaky faucet and I was out $83 with the option to pay $670 to replace a faucet (plus the cost of the faucet itself). For that price, I'm just going to do it myself. Then the spam texts started coming from "Cameron" asking about the estimate. I got one every day until I told it to stop texting me. This company used to be great but I'm going to be looking around the next time I need a plumber. Please ditch this stupid AI system. Please don't charge your customers if you're extremely late for your own four hour window - especially if the diagnosis takes five minutes and is "I can't fix it - replace the faucet".

We ended up getting estimates from three different plumbers, and I Need a Plumber Now immediately stood out, they just had the best vibe from the start. They were professional, quick to respond, and took the time to clearly explain everything. They provided detailed information about the work, walked us through both best- and worst-case scenarios, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Ryan was especially amazing, super professional, responsive, and easy to work with. On top of that, they were able to get everything done in just one day, which was such a relief. After…read moreputting in a request on Yelp, "I Need a Plumber Now!" was incredibly quick to respond--and Ryan actually arrived before several other plumbing companies even replied. Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared. Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated. Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home--but Ryan is someone I'd gladly invite back for a cookout anytime. Overall, the service was fast, efficient, straight to the point, and fairly priced compared to the competition. I highly recommend Ryan and "I Need a Plumber Now!"
