A cappuccino should only be served as a 6oz. When I asked to just have a 12oz with a lot less milk they could not comprehend. I changed my order to an iced 12oz honey latte. Also their 12oz is only served with one shot which is absurd so I had to add a shot. Lastly, the espresso was very bitter and tasted burnt, this is the barista technique. Overall, coffee was not good on the day I visited due to my espresso being burnt. Staff was nice.

When we pulled up I saw that it is the same place as Garden House and I believe this may be the section below inside the Garden House coffee shop. The plane is named after the founder's mother "Betty". It's also a nod to how the company "air roasts" their coffee. When you walk in the vibe feels industrial, aviation-themed, and cozy. I ordered a caramel latte and asked for it to be served in a ceramic. The coffee was excellent as always and this is my go to coffee shop in Kansas City.
