After looking at literally everywhere that came up on the search I found this place whose had the cheapest prices out of every other place. When I was calling around everywhere said it would take 45 minutes to 2 hours of I didn't have to make an appointment. Dave at iFixx had it done in no more that 15 minutes max and he was nice enough to stay and wait for me. On top of the awesome time and price the customer service was outstanding. Dave could not have been nicer or more friendly. I actually had a good time just hanging out there! He was polite and direct, and told me he could get to me that same afternoon. I'd been having issues with my system since it was installed by those (in)famous Geeks nearly two years ago -- and despite having them come back several times, they were never able to get it to work properly. So, I gave up, even though I'd spent a considerable amount of money for that upgrade. Very frustrating. It took Jack less than an hour to figure out what the problem was, and get the system to run as it was always supposed to. In addition, I had him begin my efforts to create a Smart Home, by linking my TV and lights to my Echo, and explain to me how I could upgrade my thermostat as well. I would highly recommend you use Zen for your tech needs. This is the type of company everyone wants to have access to, in case they're needed: prompt, courteous, reliable and fair (the hourly rate is quite reasonable). Jack will be my first call if I have any such issues in the future.
