It decreased my motivation to start a workout and even when I did workout, I was finding it hard to push myself to get a satisfying workout. I reached out to Filipe for help in writing new workouts that I can do at home since my work schedule makes it difficult to make it to a gym on a regular basis. His workouts were nothing short of exceptional. He listened to my physical limitations, access to home equipment, and goals to create dynamic, high intensity workouts. These workouts not only pushed me to my limits but also left me feeling challenged and accomplished. Overall, I highly recommend Filipe as a personal trainer. If you are looking for someone who will challenge you, support you, and help you achieve your fitness and health goals, look no further. I never worked out routinely before going to The Lab and I really didn't have a desire to work out. But with Filipe's amazing training, support and belief in me, working out and eating healthier food is a way of life for me now. I am in better shape than I have ever been. I still have my struggles but I always know that I am equipped to deal with them now and Filipe was a guide post to me getting here. Filipe's passion is like no other. He personally works with each client to understand their strengths and weaknesses and then tries to tailor a workout around those strengths and weaknesses. I hated running when I first began training with Filipe. Fast forward four years, I ran a half marathon with Filipe and another client. HE WILL help you reach your goals if you let him. The Lab has a new home location now but the feeling of comfort, support and determination is still the same.
