Since moving to PA almost 2 years ago we have been purchasing from many different retailers and have now officially settled on only shopping with Stoltzfus Feed & Supply. They are incredibly helpful and friendly no matter how you are shopping and I only mention this in particular because we have all had to adapt to new things during this time (Covid-19 pandemic). We are adding a new pup to our family this week and needed to get food for her. I was able to seamlessly call in a pick up order for contactless pick up from them. It ended up being the wrong food and they made the exchange process so seamless (they even delivered the new food to our home!!!) that they have now earned a FOREVER customer. I highly recommend!

Nice products but the quality is not up to par. Additionally they have three different companies…read moresending feeders and all have different warranties. I have 7 of their glass hummingbird feeders and the metal bottom on the majority have rusted in 1-2 years. Of course you have to prove what manufacturer, nothing on the product to determine if there is any warranty. Last year I was able to buy them but now nothing! I have over $200.00 invested and my remedy is to throw them away and buy more. Customer service is exactly what you would expect a company like this to have. Like a wall! The pic I included is from a brand new one on the floor at Walmart.

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Pendleton at Harrisburg Pike Animal Hospital for over 15 years…read more We have been so impressed by how they remember us and our pets, by the compassionate care our pets receive, and by their follow-up to check on our pets when they are sick. We've had to euthanize 2 cats and a dog over the years, and he has sent us a handwritten sympathy card every time, and even sent us flowers at least once. We've taken multiple cats, several dogs, and even a guinea pig to Harrisburg Pike Animal hospital over the years, and have never had a bad experience. We also raise Seeing Eye Puppies, and Dr. Pendleton has take wonderful care of them as well. Our very first Seeing Eye Puppy developed happy tail, and had to have 2 inches of her tail amputated - Dr. P. took excellent care of her, and when she developed complications and have another 2 1/2 inches amputated, he even reached out to another patient who had a contraption to protect his dog's tail to be able to provide it to us. As long as Dr. P is in business, we'll be taking our pets to him.

We came back when we noticed more, they were removed and turned out to be breast cancer. Dr. Pautler then coldly told us it would be best to just put her down. We've moved all of our cats to a better vet since then. I don't know if they've just stopped caring or what, but I would highly suggest you not take your pets here.
