The food costs the same as everywhere and they have a good selection of cat food. If you register with their frequent food buyer program you get a free bag after buying 11. I think they keep raising the number of bags you have to buy before you get a free one so who knows when I'll finally get mine. Update: My suspicions have been confirmed. I went yesterday to buy another bag of cat food and the cashier happily chirped that it was my "eighth bag out of twelve" meaning I now need to buy 12 bags to get a free bag. What a scam!

Extremely Disappointed. Poor Quality and Even Worse Customer Support…read more I purchased two Hatching Time incubators, one for 700 eggs and another even larger model. Both worked fine for a few weeks, then began having constant issues. Fuses burned out, connectors melted, and the turners stopped working altogether. I reached out for support multiple times, but it was almost impossible to get real help. Every time, they blamed my electricity, saying I needed a separate breaker or surge protector, yet I've used many other incubators, large and small, on the same setup with zero issues. Their customer service is terrible, and I ended up losing thousands of dollars in hatching losses. As someone who hatches professionally for sale, this was a devastating experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering these incubators. look elsewhere.
