One issue was with a rabbit eye infection. Since not much is actually labeled for rabbits, I relied 100% on the advice of the staff. I was led to what I needed and it cleared right up. The second was a flea issue affecting both adult and baby animals. Staff directed me away from the flea aisle to a product I never heard of called diatomaceous Earth. It is a food grade powder safe for any animal, any age. I was most impressed with the fact he also took into consideration my young son I had with me, and chose something that would be safe for him if he happened to come in contact with it. Again, the product worked as promised. I went in expecting to ask my question and be redirected to another team member; but the FIRST person I asked was able to show me exactly what I needed both times. Impressive for such a large company... I will not underestimate them again! I can not say enough positive things about this tractor supply location and the well educated staff!
