I love the way Dr. Borrison cared and still cares for my loved four legged baby boy. I have always had an excellent experience with this Banfield even during Covid when I was forced to do what was best for my late four legged baby; having him put to sleep due to severe medical issues. The sincere care and nurturning they gave to my pet, self and family was grateful. They are never too busy to assist you and always respectful and friendly when you call or come.

When the time came to say goodbye to our fur-baby, we also greatly appreciated how patient and gentle Dr. Phillips was with him and us. You can tell that she genuinely cares. She made what was a very difficult day a lot better by being so understanding and supportive. Dr. Phillips even sent a handwritten card to us afterwards, which was so thoughtful and kind.
