My dog was cut horribly and was in pain, and on top of that I had to go back and get the collar they forgot to put back on. How do you forget to put a collar back on? The treatment towards the dogs is unacceptable and costumer service is awful. the managers there are no help and I fear I don't trust them with my dog. Was called and told that they don't think anything was blocked and she would be fine. The next day, she was much worse. Was a Saturday, their office isn't open so called Rolling Hills Animal Hospital and explained the situation. Their response? Yeah, it's pretty likely that she is obstructed and we don't have the capability here to do a surgery for that anyway so please take her to a higher care animal hospital. We did, $8000 dollars and a bowel resection later she is great. Called Hampstead vet and asked Dr Megan specifically if they even have the capability to treat an obstructed bowel--NO THEY DO NOT. There was absolutely no reason to have ever made an appointment with us after I explained what was going on; OR to take X-rays and give fluids when you couldn't even do anything to help her. If they ACTUALLY cared about your pets they would have told me to take her to a higher care animal hospital from the start and they could've found and removed the Nyla bone clump from her belly with a scope procedure instead of an invasive surgery.

Each and every visit and expedites has been nothing shy of amazing. I'd would proudly recommend anyone to this vet. The prices are extremely reasonable, the staff makes my pup feel so safe and comfortable despite the trauma she's been through and reasons for visiting. My girl broke her jaw and Dr. Megan and staff answered the phone for me every 10 minutes when i called without hesitation despite how annoying i had to have been. I will no longer send any of my pets elsewhere. I am so extremely grateful for the advice and the amazing experience i was granted. 10/10 wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

I explained she had multiple physical problems, arthritis, weak hind legs and nervous incontinence before we scheduled the visit. She also had severe anxiety issues and I decided a mobile groomer at home would be best. Kara said that she had a lot of difficulty getting it done, and would not be able to continue helping Cami, and tacked an additional $50 onto the bill which I paid. Unfortunately, it turned out that Cami had cancer and tumors on her spleen and is now deceased as of a few weeks ago. Perhaps if Cami had been a smaller dog, it would not have been such a difficult process to get done.

Chewing mini blinds, jumping through wondow screens (thankfully we live in a rancher!), and just being anxious when left alone. After several rounds of bloodwork, urinalysis, medications and replacement blinds, I finally reached out to Kara. While we're still working through his changes in behavior, he has shown some progress. Rocky just adores her. Kara will be taking over the grooming so Rocky can still get the bits of reinforcement. Im looking forward to all of us growing together!

I would give 0 stars if I could! My first time using Faraway Kennel was years ago, when we had our…read morefirst dog. While there our dog escaped, but thankfully they found him. I decided to never have my dogs there. My husband decided to reserve again with them because we were in a time constriction. I didn't want too, but I decided to do it because there was no other option. I paid half of the money ($440). Two days ago we had an accident happening and unfortunately our vacation will not happen anymore. We called them and requested a cancelation. We did it a week before, which is plenty of time. Over the phone they never said they won't return the money, but when I requested the amount returned they refused. they use venmo/cash for a reason. Have your pets somewhere else. I'm even thinking to take them to court, that's how upset they got me when we already have a lot going on. Post review, response to owner: you did loose our dog, look in your documents for Spike. This was more than 8 years ago. Never wanted to go with you but husband did thinking you all change. Your policy says you can cancel 7 days in advance which we did. Last year we cancelled a month in advance. We have the right to cancel, you have no right (per your policy also) to take our money. But I will take you to court and believe me I will find the bills when you had our dog a few years ago.
