I was a little nervous about it leaving my baby in someone else's hands. But over time I have come to think of Erin as part of our family. She has taken care of Raven like she was her own. She has even visited with our two cats and the one has even let her get close to him now. That says a LOT since he is so particular. The pricing is actually slightly better than other pet sitting services. I am very pleased with Zae's & Erin and would recommend them to anyone needing pet sitting!

The dogs are always excited to go to camp. They really go above and beyond for their customers here. The kennel is *always* clean (unlike many of the others). Roco and Macy love the doggie pool in the summertime. Doggie parents, this is the place to go! Side note: the owner,Brenda is an excellent groomer, our friend Kathy takes her poodle, Laney there every 2 months for a haircut and Laney always looks like she's ready for the show ring after leaving. Great family run business. Highly highly recommend it!!!!!!

He had a nic on his ear that had been treated but I wasn't told about. The lions groom was not good. Forget the lion part, the groom was uneven and not pretty in general. I hate having to review a local business poorly but I would not take my cats here for a groom again. My understanding is that they do dogs very well! Two stars for the fact the people were nice, my baby's survived the ordeal and werent severely injured.

Private sessions are available for special concerns or problems. "Positive" (reward-based) training techniques are emphasized over force-based techniques. The instructors are patient, certified, and respectful--no one will make fun of you or disparage your choice of dog. When I started here, I had a talented rat terrier, a rescued former stray, that I thought would do well in obedience and rally. They helped me reach those goals with good training advice and encouragement. He now has titles and championships in 3 rally venues and 2 obedience venues. They also helped me grow as a handler, and more! I've just been certified to judge all levels in the obedience venue Companion Dog Sports Program. I'm even helping run competitions now at this facility. They somehow messed the paperwork up and linked the two charts together and when I tried to get it straightened out, they told me they could not do anything until they get "permission" from the ex-wife, as she is the primary person on the chart. The ex wife has never even met my puppy, nor myself. The office had no problem doing office visits and accepting payments without a phone call to the ex-wife over the past however long from my boyfriend or myself when we bring the older dog in but now we can't make an appointment for our puppy without having to talk to the ex-wife first. When I told them OK then I will cancel my appointment and take her somewhere else, they had no issue with losing a customer. In fact they were pretty rude when hanging up. You definitely won't catch me bringing either dog back into this office.

I've had times where she let me drop my dog off before open because we couldn't fit her times around my schedule. When I was out of work for 4 months, the owner not only refused to accept any tips, she groomed my dog for like half price if that just so I could afford it. She's really such a nice person that I enjoy chatting with on groom days. I do not care if I move across town, I will be traveling to her to bring my pets as long as she is still open.
