They were well aware they cut to deep when trimming her nails and applied an ointment that stops the bleeding. However, they never mentioned a word when we picked her up and I only found out because the quick stop treatment applied wore off and she started bleeding again once we got home. Our appointment was for 2pm and she wasn't finished until 5:20! I had to call and see what was going on, wasn't given any explanation for the 3 hour wait. Completely unprofessional and uncaring. Will never ever use again!!!!

On top of being a VERY good groomer, this woman is peak customer service. My dog is a very anxious little pup who shakes when we go anywhere. The owner personally grooms her so she was able to get more comfortable by going to the same face. I've had times where she let me drop my dog off before open because we couldn't fit her times around my schedule. When I was out of work for 4 months, the owner not only refused to accept any tips, she groomed my dog for like half price if that just so I could afford it. She's really such a nice person that I enjoy chatting with on groom days. I do not care if I move across town, I will be traveling to her to bring my pets as long as she is still open.

Dr. Pustoteri was unable to open Haary's mouth, which I've done ROUTINELY to look at it! Seriously? What vet school did she go to. Then, KMVS sent TWO people which is absurd and which they charged me for. KMVS charges the same as a vet practice with enormous OVERHEAD. KMVS HAS NONE SINCE THEY ARRIVE IN AN SUV. I think this is OUTRAGEOUS!
