I was a little nervous about it leaving my baby in someone else's hands. But over time I have come to think of Erin as part of our family. She has taken care of Raven like she was her own. She has even visited with our two cats and the one has even let her get close to him now. That says a LOT since he is so particular. The pricing is actually slightly better than other pet sitting services. I am very pleased with Zae's & Erin and would recommend them to anyone needing pet sitting!

Upon arriving for an appointment the location claimed to have called and cancelled the appointment which is untrue. When we arrived for the "cancelled" appointment, one of the dogs being groomed yelped and the groomer screamed at the dog to stop. We will not be going back and will make sure anyone who considers the location knows about these experiences.

On top of being a VERY good groomer, this woman is peak customer service. My dog is a very anxious little pup who shakes when we go anywhere. The owner personally grooms her so she was able to get more comfortable by going to the same face. I've had times where she let me drop my dog off before open because we couldn't fit her times around my schedule. When I was out of work for 4 months, the owner not only refused to accept any tips, she groomed my dog for like half price if that just so I could afford it. She's really such a nice person that I enjoy chatting with on groom days. I do not care if I move across town, I will be traveling to her to bring my pets as long as she is still open.

Upon checking…read moreout, I went to make an appointment for our new puppy, who has been being seen by a different office, not affiliated with this one. They somehow messed the paperwork up and linked the two charts together and when I tried to get it straightened out, they told me they could not do anything until they get "permission" from the ex-wife, as she is the primary person on the chart. The ex wife has never even met my puppy, nor myself. The office had no problem doing office visits and accepting payments without a phone call to the ex-wife over the past however long from my boyfriend or myself when we bring the older dog in but now we can't make an appointment for our puppy without having to talk to the ex-wife first. When I told them OK then I will cancel my appointment and take her somewhere else, they had no issue with losing a customer. In fact they were pretty rude when hanging up. You definitely won't catch me bringing either dog back into this office.
