For example, my dog won't let anybody touch his feet for nail clipping, and she has managed to make such good friends with him that he tolerates her -- and only her -- and lets her touch his feet and clip his nails. She is not your typical groomer in that she's all about the job. Thea is all about your pet, first and foremost. She will get down on the floor to accommodate your pet's needs if that's how the pet is most comfortable. By our third appt, my dog was getting upset when it was time for Thea to leave. Not when she came, but when she was finished and leaving. She worked so hard to earn his trust, and once she had he'd claimed her as his!

They were well aware they cut to deep when trimming her nails and applied an ointment that stops the bleeding. However, they never mentioned a word when we picked her up and I only found out because the quick stop treatment applied wore off and she started bleeding again once we got home. Our appointment was for 2pm and she wasn't finished until 5:20! I had to call and see what was going on, wasn't given any explanation for the 3 hour wait. Completely unprofessional and uncaring. Will never ever use again!!!!

On top of being a VERY good groomer, this woman is peak customer service. My dog is a very anxious little pup who shakes when we go anywhere. The owner personally grooms her so she was able to get more comfortable by going to the same face. I've had times where she let me drop my dog off before open because we couldn't fit her times around my schedule. When I was out of work for 4 months, the owner not only refused to accept any tips, she groomed my dog for like half price if that just so I could afford it. She's really such a nice person that I enjoy chatting with on groom days. I do not care if I move across town, I will be traveling to her to bring my pets as long as she is still open.

The dogs are always excited to go to camp. They really go above and beyond for their customers here. The kennel is *always* clean (unlike many of the others). Roco and Macy love the doggie pool in the summertime. Doggie parents, this is the place to go! Side note: the owner,Brenda is an excellent groomer, our friend Kathy takes her poodle, Laney there every 2 months for a haircut and Laney always looks like she's ready for the show ring after leaving. Great family run business. Highly highly recommend it!!!!!!
