DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS!!!! My little dog came home bleeding profusely from her paw and when I called…read moreto ask what happened I was greeted with open hostility and defiance. They were well aware they cut to deep when trimming her nails and applied an ointment that stops the bleeding. However, they never mentioned a word when we picked her up and I only found out because the quick stop treatment applied wore off and she started bleeding again once we got home. Our appointment was for 2pm and she wasn't finished until 5:20! I had to call and see what was going on, wasn't given any explanation for the 3 hour wait. Completely unprofessional and uncaring. Will never ever use again!!!!

For example, my dog won't let anybody touch his feet for nail clipping, and she has managed to make such good friends with him that he tolerates her -- and only her -- and lets her touch his feet and clip his nails. She is not your typical groomer in that she's all about the job. Thea is all about your pet, first and foremost. She will get down on the floor to accommodate your pet's needs if that's how the pet is most comfortable. By our third appt, my dog was getting upset when it was time for Thea to leave. Not when she came, but when she was finished and leaving. She worked so hard to earn his trust, and once she had he'd claimed her as his!

My PET HAS BEEN SEEN HERE 14 YEARS. I've ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARE THEY RECEIVED. I…read morecalled today because my pet had 2 seizures very late last night. She was not doing well today, and I needed to bring her in to be seen. Both my boyfriend, and myself called and explained to the receptionist what had happen and we were told, "sorry we are booked today, we can see her in 4 days". I could not believe a client of over 16 years (including another dog) would not be told come right away. In fact, the Urgent care we were sent to did not treat seizures, so they sent us to an ER vet. Sadly, we will now be finding a new vet. I hope the vets correct this problem, so the next client isn't treated so rudely.
