first time using this groomer and had a terrible experience. Told the groomer exactly what I wanted which included a body cut and directed her to not cut head or face. Also, shwed her a picture of what I wanted and she confirmed that she understood. When I picked up dog he looked terrible. She had trimmed his face and muzzle which we made clear shouldn't be touched. She also trimmed his head which she was directed not to do. In fact, my dogs head was cut shorter than his body and it was suppose to be just the opposite. Lastly, she was also suppose to express his anal glands but when I got home and was trying to even out his cut I found dried poop on his butt so I'm not sure she ever even expressed or cleanded his butt area. One more thing at $200 it was the most expensive and the worst grooming he has ever received! I would never recommend even to my worst enemy! read more

This shop is run by 2 Mean and Horrible old ladies! I wouldn't recommend this groomer if it was the last groomer around. I get there at 9 for an appointment for my dogs, for some reason they were not on the schedule, so after I was given major attitude for their gaffe, they reluctantly gave in and said they will groom my dogs. After asking what time they will be ready, old lady 1 says we will call you, ok but do you have an idea so I can arrange my day? After that exchange, she grabbed my dogs as I was petting them before I left. I then asked if she can put the in a cage together or they will be barking the whole time. Without hesitation old lady 1 snaps "absolutely not!" So that was it! I asked to bring my dogs back and told her I was going elsewhere. Old lady one day "good cause I don't like your attitude!" So I would strongly suggest you stay away from this groomer! read more

don't bring your pets here. Nancy is extremely rude and unprofessional in person and on the phone. I have taken my two dogs there for a long time and every time I have to trim their faces when we get home after paying $100+tip. when you call to schedule they confirm your appt before you hang up, then when you show up the day of the appt they claim to not have you on the schedule. read more

Extremely disappointed in the results. I just recently moved from Pennsylvania and am still continuing to look for a new groomer for my husky. The lady even said she had a malamute at home. So I was relieved to know she understood how much they shed. I was wrong. I will not be returning as for $80 I could have done the job that was done. We made an appointment for our Addie girl. This was her first time going to a groomer as I usually cut her nails at home but felt like I wasn't doing it right and didn't want to hurt her. I walked in ahead of Addie and my husband to let them know where we're there and as soon as I walked in it was clear that they didn't like to have business. Me being there seemed to be a problem right off the bat. Very rude and unwelcoming ladies. Eye rolls, huffs and puffs you name it. Addie is a Rottweiler, full grown so when she came to the push door to collect Addie my husband said she super excited this is her first time can I come hold her. She hesitates and then goes come on back, Still nasty and rude! Addie jumps up on the high table and they tie a rope around her neck. Like a noose. Had she slipped off that table these ladies alone probably wouldn't have been able to get her back up there. The smaller lady of the two grabs the grinder, Addies never used or seen one before so she got scared. There was no calming of my dog at all. Instead they were constantly yelling at her stop it! Just stop! STOP!! Tanking in her to get her paws. She was scared!! I yelled Stop, I don't want her to do this I wanna take her home. The taller women replied What?! I said I don't want you to do her nails I want to take her home. My husband says to them keep going I got her. They are pissed and so the shorter women goes and grabs the clippers. Still yelling at her to hold still and STOP!! STOP ADDIE! The older women looks at me and says she's fine mom, she'll be okay! In the middle of saying this the shorter women clips her fucking nail off!! Blood everywhere! The blood in this photo is as it starts bleeding, after she cleaned the floor 3 times. It was almost like she was more worried about getting the blood up. She tells us well if Addie calms down she will stop bleeding. If she calms down? You yanked pulled and yelled at my dog and literally clipped her nail off!! They gave me a dirty rag with the powder stuff that they had to keep doing and it wouldn't stop. Eventually they gave us a towel to take with us and said you don't need to bring it back. . Addie bled all day yesterday. Even after we got our own powder to help clot it. Her nails look like they were never even done besides the one she barely has there now. Not happy. Very mistreating of the dogs! Her bio says her first word was dog and dogs are her passion. MY FUCKING ASS THEY ARE! Never again will I trust my girl in the hands of these mean women!! read more

I was late to my appointment, but decided to go in to see if they could still take my dogs. Instead of telling me that they couldn't fit them in because I was late (which I would have totally understood )the lady ripped the dog leashes from my hand and pulled them to the back. Had an appointment at 9am on 4/20/19 for my 3 little dogs. Showed up at 8:59 and walked up with my 3 little dogs and my baby in tow just to see that there was NOBODY there! And the sign said closed. I got everyone loaded back in the truck and called the business and NO answer. I waited till 9:30 and still no show by that time I done called 3times and still no answer!! I can see if something happens then i would of understood but didn't hear anything from that business. If you make an appointment id expect you to keep it! I unfortunately waited longer then usual between cuts and didn't have high expectations on how they would look after. But to my surprise these two look great!!!! Great prices for great work!
