Also, shwed her a picture of what I wanted and she confirmed that she understood. When I picked up dog he looked terrible. She had trimmed his face and muzzle which we made clear shouldn't be touched. She also trimmed his head which she was directed not to do. In fact, my dogs head was cut shorter than his body and it was suppose to be just the opposite. Lastly, she was also suppose to express his anal glands but when I got home and was trying to even out his cut I found dried poop on his butt so I'm not sure she ever even expressed or cleanded his butt area. One more thing at $200 it was the most expensive and the worst grooming he has ever received! I would never recommend even to my worst enemy!

The staff is always with them and even take pictures of dogs playing and just being happy dogs. They post the pictures on Facebook so we can enjoy our fur babies having fun. I can't say enough great things about WGTTD and its staff. Prices are great and we have even boarded Lucy knowing she is in the best of care . We highly recommend WGTTD to everyone who loves their dogs and want the best for them. When the dogs have been playing outside in the mud, snow or rain the staff always makes sure they are clean and dry before releasing them to their owners. Lucy ALWAYS comes home tired and clean with a smile on her face. We will not take Lucy anywhere but WGTTD. Totally trust them with our girl!
