The clerk said she couldn't give me a time for the delivery, but deliveries usually arrive between 11-1. The following day a drive to Winchester to kill time while waiting on the call. About 3 I call them only to find out that the girl I spoke to the previous day was not working. I was told that the order had not been placed and there was no explanation. Not sure if this is typical for the business, but beware that this is a possibility. Incompetence or laziness I'm not sure, but either way it's not how a business should be run.

After having Home Depot intervene at the end of the Summer, they stated that they would put the work at the top of the list. How long have they had the equipment? Four weeks and counting! And they did additional work that they now claim did not need to be done, and without getting our authorization to do the work, want to charge us for it. And they would not deliver unless we would agree to pay. Avoid Maxx Powersport at all costs!!!!

Like they are doing you a favor to even talk to you. I called them last August, they didn't have what I needed and they gave me Woodstock Equipment's number. I thought they were affiliated. THEY ARE NOT. Eric answered the phone. He is one the most knowledgeable and friendly people I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I had some issue with a Kubota mower. He is the only one that could tell me what he thought the problem was. He was right both times. They had the parts I needed in stock. Eric shipped my order out the same day, for a reasonable price both times. I am now a Woodstock Equipment customer thanks to Eric.
