Then all of a sudden the manager told us we were not qualified for this promotion. That made us kind of sad but whatever. But then they told us they could not deliver the couch for 5 days. We were totally okay with that and ended up buying the couch anyways. When the day that the couch was supposed to be delivered came. The 11-3pm time came and went and we did not get any calls from Aaron's on where our couch was. I ended up having to call them and they told us it was going to be late. So I waited around all day for the movers to bring my couch late. I appreciate being able to buy a nice quality leather couch for cheap. But the service and employees suck here. They always arrive on time, they work with you to give you exactly what you want, they do research to match any theme you give them (like Korean birthday, or Bohemian rustic), and they put in an effort to add personal touches that drive home the special meaning to your event. I especially love them because they don't need a ton of direction. I gave them a theme, a budget, some colors, and they handled the rest. Their lounges make for beautiful settings for family photos or elevating the ambience of your special event from low-key chill to elegant and bougie, without adding any stress. They literally do all the heavy lifting. Our wedding guests also loved the lounges so much that 2 years later, they still have those photos set as their profile pics on Facebook. And my mom's birthday pics came out so beautifully that I got multiple requests for the vendors and venue. Their work truly adds a magic touch to any special event, making those moments magical.

Even though there were no yelp reviews yet, I decided to take a chance because, you know, Bretman. I was looking at some other rental companies for peacock chairs, but they were charging crazy delivery fees and rental minimums. I only wanted 2 peacock chairs for an event. So when I found that Peacock Chairs Oahu basically rents single chairs (no crazy rental minimum) and the delivery fee was only like $40, I couldn't resist. I scrolled through all the beautiful rental items looking for the perfect chair. There were so many options that I ended up renting more things than I thought I would be. The event hasn't happened yet, but I'm so excited for these chairs.

They literally lost all of their clients overnight! 2020 has been a struggle for Jimmy Main and his crew but his determination to keep his company going is inspiring! Main Party Rentals is a family based, veteran owned company and are some of the hardest working people I've ever seen in action and always with a smile on their face. How do I know Jimmy Main? My job shares the building with Main Party Rentals and we had a company anniversary party and we needed some tables and chairs and they not only helped with the set up and breakdown but they gave us an unbelievable (Bradah-Bradah) deal! And so, I decided on throwing my baby's party at Bishop Museum's great lawn. With that said, I needed to find a tent company that could supply tables, chairs, and lighting for that amount of guests. Hawaii Tents & Events happened to be the best option especially for the price paid. Other tent companies I researched would have charged easily over $5,000 (without tax) and one company even quoted me close to $10,000. With Hawaii Tents & Events, I did pay a little under $5,000. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The tents, tables and chairs weren't in the best condition but they weren't bad looking either. I did knock off a star because my communication with Tracey (Director of Sales & Marketing), though not the worst, was also not the greatest. Over the phone, she seemed really nice. It was just, at times, it was hard to get a hold of her. I didn't get responses as quick as I would have liked, especially when it came down to figuring out the layout of everything. A lot of my other vendors were dependent on the final layout and some decisions throughout my party planning had to be held off longer than I would have wanted. The mediocre communication, however, would not keep me from booking with them in the future. Their prices really cannot be beat!

We own a company that deals with luxury real estate and were just shocked at how horribly these people treated us. We have never seen such horrible customer service in our 15 years in business. It culminated when they just charged our card without any email or call or detailed invoice. Basically they were unhappy because we did not tear down all the tables and chairs and their cushio ns sat outside overnight. They had never told us we needed to put all the cushions away.... And a couple glasses and a tray were missing. We had a simple and elegant wedding but they acted as if we had thrown a rager and lost and broke a bunch of stuff which is simply not the case. I just feel bad for these people as they clearly will not be around long. I was literally sitting in our honeymoon suite on the phone with them for half an hour arguing when it dawned on me how crazy it was that I'm giving these people my money and business and they act like we owed them!
