From the first moment we met Grace at a wedding expo we knew we could trust her with making our wedding beautiful. She is easy to work with and will schedule meetings to discuss the theme and colors you are looking for. We loved how much she values communication and responded to our emails in a timely matter. Grace communicates with you through the process and She is super patient even with how indecisive I was. She ensured my venue would be beautiful with the ideas we came up with. Her skills and experience in the wedding industry truly shined in exceeding our expectations. She was able to match my theme by creating an amazing backdrop with a beautiful chandelier hanging behind us. Her beautiful Velvet linen for our kings table and Cinderella lace over satin blush linen for our guest sign in really made our wedding elegant. Grace also draped our entire venue including a beautiful drape entrance for our ceremony. For our grand entrance to our reception she built us a Love tunnel with fairy lights and our engagement photos hanging. Not only did she do everything we asked for but she also went above and beyond by helping with other special details. Our wedding was so magical all because of Grace. We can't wait to use her for other special occasions in the future. We can't express how thankful we are for everything you did for us.

Despite months of planning, the day-of setup felt disorganized and caused unnecessary stress. Materials remained scattered after the event began, which required us to change our planned DJ setup, and one of the uplights stopped working shortly after the party started. We also witnessed unprofessional behavior from members of the setup team, and a child accompanying the team intentionally damaged some of our party favors. While the owner eventually responded to our concerns and acknowledged that several issues needed to be addressed internally, our request for a partial refund was declined. The response referenced discounts and accommodations that had already been applied to our event. While I acknowledge that discounts were provided, I do question how much weight those discounts should carry in addressing the service issues we experienced if they were standard promotions or discounts also routinely offered to other clients, rather than accommodations specifically made because of the problems with our event. Considering the amount we ultimately paid, I still expected a professional, organized, and seamless experience from start to finish. The décor itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing.

We could not have asked for a better team to work alongside.

From the initial consultation, Jessica explained the process and made the setup and payment seamless. She listened to my vision for the theme for my son's party and perfectly executed my vision. Jessica so generously provided the balloons complimentary so I could fill my number 1 sign as pictured. It just tied everything together so nicely. 10/10 would recommend La Posh Hawaii!

At first, I wanted everything; linens, chair covers, backdrop and drapes inside the entire venue, a love seat and flowers. Despite the changes, Stephany was super accommodating. She never gave me a hard time about cancelling some of the services I got from her, and sent my invoice right away. I chose to do all white for my venue. I had white table covers, white chair covers, white sashes, and amazing pipe and drapes behind the head table. I was also provided with the leis, bouquets, boutonnieres, and a big arrangement for my head table. She provided me roses in pink and white color. They weren't exactly the flowers I was looking for, because I made a fake flower arrangement for my centerpieces, but, they were really beautiful. If you are particular, I would suggest that you have Stephany provide you with your flower needs, that way it would all coordinate and look the same. Overall, I did not get to thank Stephany after my wedding, but I hope she knows that I appreciate her very much for her services. P.S. Sorry for my long overdue review! XOXO.

Sharee came highly recommended by my cousin who had her wedding ceremony and reception at the Ala…read moreMoana Hotel. I initially emailed her asking for pricing for chair sashes. She suggested that if it's in my budget, to consider colored tablecloths instead. This was a great idea since Café Julia just purchased new gold chivari chairs that would've been a shame to cover up. Even though I was sold on the idea of tablecloths, I wasn't sure of what color to rent. I already had my centerpiece set, so I described it to her via email (I didn't even have a sample made yet). She suggested a royal blue tablecloth. I trusted her decision and once I started assembling my centerpieces, I got so excited imagining how the tablecloths would look with my centerpieces. Once I saw how great the blue and silver tablecloths looked, I knew Sharee was an expert at suggesting color schemes! She also suggested that I do a silver sequin tablecloth for our head table and a matching one for the cake table. The head table had a scalloped design, which just made it a great focal point. I was lucky enough to see her work firsthand at The Wedding Café's Floral and Décor workshop. Sharee and her husband Ed set up an amazing backdrop using metal piping and sheer material for the draping. Once I saw it, I knew I had to have that for a backdrop for pictures with our guests. She also is such an expert, especially with the backdrop assembly. I purchased LED string lights in the shape of butterflies and wanted that to hang vertically from her backdrop. I explained to her how many strings I had and the length of each string. On the days leading up to the wedding, she assured me that she would take care of it and that it would all work out. This was a huge relief since I hadn't tried out the string lights to see how it would look. The lights looked amazing against the backdrop! She and her husband set it up for us and it made for awesome pictures. Sharee is amazing and so down to earth. I really enjoyed talking to her and loved how her tablecloths and backdrop really transformed the hall into a lovely place for our wedding reception.

It just makes you want to keep planning parties so she can be a part of it. I ordered cakes from her, and a whole party package, and we've communicated through email a lot. She's pretty prompt on responding emails. My consultations with her have been easygoing and productive as well. I totally trust her ideas and her creative eye which I lack. I'm not afraid to ask for her input and what she suggests. She has a calm demeanor, and is very easy to talk to. I trusted her after 10 minutes of meeting with her. And don't be fooled, we may be just meeting with Lyn and talking ideas, but Randy is also working hard behind the scenes! I love wife - husband businesses, and I have so much respect for thriving businesses that include both spouses working together. I ordered two cakes, one for my daughter and one for my husband for their birthdays. I ordered a blues clues cake at first for my daughter because she LOVED watching blues clues on her ipad, then she had a dramatic shift and wanted to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse like all the time!! I changed the theme 2 weeks before I had to pick up the cake, and Lyn was totally find with it. I ordered a skeet shooting cake for my husband because that sport is his passion. He was Sooo excited for it! Lyn didn't have any experience in making that theme, but I sent her pictures and ideas, and she brought it to life. She even picked the right shot gun to place on his cake. The cakes looked great, but omg they tasted SOOOOOO good. I didn't know which one was my favorite. I thought I'd love strawberry, but the chocolate was amazing too. I would purchase other cakes from her again just to eat the cake. I have a party package coming up soon in May, and I'm so excited for Lyn and Randy to make that vision come to life for our family again! Make Randy and Lyn your ONE STOP party boutique!

She…read moresaid that they are a new event rental company on the island, but have really good customer service. At the time, I was chasing other rental vendors on the island for a quote and could not get a response from any for weeks. Hearing that this company has good customer service made me decide to contact them, and I am SO glad I did! They responded to my email that same day! They showed me the catalogue on their website. They have really high-quality items and I honestly loved everything they had, especially their white lace tablecloth and their gold/white silverware. I was not even planning on having super fancy silverware, but it was so pretty and really completed the elegant look I was going for. Their prices were also very reasonable. For comparison, I asked my sister who got married last year how much she paid for her linens from another vendor and it was nearly twice as much as the quote I got from Hawaii Fine Linens. On the day of my wedding, they showed up early and set up everything beautifully. The napkins were folded and ironed, the linens were steamed. A lot of my friends teased that I was an "OCD bride" (I won't deny it), so it really mattered to me that my vendors paid attention to detail and going with Hawaii Fine Linens was definitely one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Our guests could not stop complimenting on the decor. My friend who is getting married next year even told me she wants her wedding to look like ours because it was so pretty!
