Just picked up my 2025 Pan America Special from Reno Harley-Davidson, and the whole experience was flawless. Dani was my Fit Specialist, and let me tell you--she knows Pan Ams inside and out. She made the process easy, got me set up for the new rider course, and even had my bike shipped down from Oregon and kept safe until I was ready to throw a leg over it. That's serious customer care. Now that I'm on it--this machine is a beast. The Pan Am chews up miles like nothing and feels built for anything you throw at it. Couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a new/used Harley--especially a Pan America--swing by Reno Harley-Davidson and talk to Dani. She knows Harley's and She'll get you dialed in and on the road in no time. Dani, thank you for everything, can't wait to bring Jen back to get hers. Ride safe! read more

Brought my bike in after paying for parts 4 weeks ago. Then told they couldn't proceed due to over looked parts. Then find that they still couldn't finish the job because they overlooked part fitment. Why don't they know this? These guys are experts right? No communication. Getting my ride back today hopefully but have absolutely no confidence that anything will be done properly. Will spend my evening checking torque and fluid levels on a job that should have been done two weeks ago. These guys are an embarrassment to Harley Davidson Never again.....they over promise, under perform and then treat you like garbage for noticing. read more

Let me start with my situation, I am 6 months out of a Chapter 7. So my credit is tanked & history is tarnished. I had been searching for a secured loan to get my credit started again. Two places in town ran my credit & didn't bother calling me back, I'll put that in both their names are "powersports" and if they would have been more professional & let me know I was declined when they knew & didn't have me reaching out to ask I wouldn't be so salty. More to say but I'll leave it at that. I had no reason to believe Harley would approve me for even 1$. But in my situation, it wasn't gonna hurt to try. From the start the 3 individuals that helped me out, unfortunately I don't recall all their names but James who helped me fill out the application & look at bikes in my budget was super helpful & straight forward. After finding a bike I wanted we started the application process. They got me approved while I was still sitting there. I was shocked that I got an approval. Note my situation definitely came with a high APR but that was expected because of my history. I knew this & didn't care, I can refinance in a year and be better off for doing all of this. I appreciate the transparency & effort on their part to make it work for me. They definitely earned a return customer & for all I know ending of this year I could come back & upgrade! I appreciate all of you that helped me, Thank you ! read more

Reno Harley Davidson - 18' Heritage 114 - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Reno, Nevada

I've only been here for events and have not purchased anything from them...yet? Can say both times I've been here have been fine. The first time was summer/spring of 2024. I came with a (now ex-) boyfriend who was looking at buying a motorcycle. The staff was more focused on him, and did not pressure me to buy a bike. The guy that helped us last year did not try to upsell us or really push us to make a sale, which I very much appreciated it. The second time I was here was for the first bike night of this year, 2025. I hung out with some girl friends for the events. The staff were great hosts. As far as the in store notes: Very well stocked with bikes of all models. Last year my ex and I were able to see the...warehouse? with extra bikes, used bikes etc. Both areas were tidy and well maintained. If I end up becoming a Harley girl and buying a bike, I will update my review for the buying experience. read more

I love coming in here, the staff is always so honest and extremely helpful, The showroom is clean and organized and they just got the new 2025 models in! I can't wait to pick one up for myself! read more

Don't trust the preowned "deals". I was expecting a little fluff there being a dealer, but 1500 for a setup fee? Like you paid the seller top dollar to pass that through to the new buyer despite needing that kind of work? Not a chance, and completely absurd. Then there was another $999 security chip "required by harley on any pre owned bike we get." Seems to me if you have a mandatory part on there, to not just have it on the sticker price is really messed up. That 6999 deal came to over 10600 just like that. Really disappointed, years on the dirt, but just getting into the street motorcycle world, I thought this would be the place. read more

Austin Price, Internet Sales Manager | Reno Harley-Davidson, provided superior customer service, by going over and above to make sure I was able to purchase a motorcycle that would fit my budget & requirements. Through his personal initiative, he found a credit union to finance the motorcycle loan balance 50% lower and 18 months longer than my current credit union. Additionally, he found a car dealership to take my automobile as a trade in as part of the motorcycle downpayment. Austin and John went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to give me an outstanding experience. read more

Unfortunately, my wife decided to trade her BMW R18 for an HD Pan America S. I was initially not thrilled about this decision. However, after interacting with the Harley Davidson Reno team (in particular Matthew and Austin), I changed my views on HDs. My wife got the PAS, which she loves because of our riding in Northern Nevada. It's an excellent choice for her riding style. Happy wife, happy life :) read more

I brought my bike in for new tires and rear shocks installation. I was assured they were an official Ohlin's shock dealer and have experience with the shocks. Well the mechanic installed the shock with spacers that were only used up to 07 bikes mine is an 09. Those spacers push the shocks out so far that they hit the saddle bags causing a bad vibration and making very hard to put the lids on the bags, I was told my bike came in like that as the service advisor tried zip tying my Buds oil cooler back in place. DO NOT under any. circumstance go here for service they don't know what they are doing. I rode the bike home and read the three page pamphlet and it said in plain English the spacers are only used up till 07 so I removed the spacer and that took care of the vibration. when I dropped the bike off I told them there is an oil cooler between the frame rails and they still lifted the bike by the brace between the frame rails bending it and pushing the oil cooler into the bottom of the transmission, i had to fix my oil cooler myself. The pictures below are the repair they they performed to send me on my way. By the way this is the second time they damaged the oil cooler the first time they pinched an oil line and gave me the bike back leaking oil, they told me it was just residual from the oil change. The bikes oil light came on in Bridgeport, CA well over an hour away from the dealership . You've been warne. read more

Austin from the sales team assisted me and I had a great buying experience! He was professional, knowledgeable and was able to get all the requirements met for my out of town purchase. I previously had a terrible experience with 2 other Harley dealerships in California where I was mislead with a purchase and my downpayment was never processed. I was about to walk away and give up on the Harley Davidson brand until I came across Reno Harley Davidson. I was greeted by Austin over the phone and he immediately stepped up to the plate and restored my faith in this brand with his ability to get this sale done and reassure me the bike I selected would be mine. Mind you this whole transaction was over the phone and Austin was able to coordinate everything including delivery 5 hours away right to my drive way! I was throughly satisfied with the professionalism and authenticity of Austin and the whole team. My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday to take a look at some cruisers. I have always been a sports bike guy in the past, 21 years ago I was almost killed when a lady in a Toyota Sequoia blind sided me and subsequently I have some permanent disabilities and I haven't been near a bike since. We were greeted by Forest a Fit Specialist. I gave him my back story and told him we were just looking and that I'd like to sit on a bike to see if there were any mental demons. Forest was awesome, very patient, understanding, personable and professional. He spent a good 30 minutes with us showing us various used bikes and options to accommodate my disabilities. I appreciate no pressure salesman whom I can be honest with because I don't sugar coat anything. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy from Reno Harley to go see Forest he's good at what he does and should be recognized for his efforts. read more

Great experience. Forest did an amazing job getting me on my new bike. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. No pressure

I called from Mendocino. I needed to sell my 2021 Sportster 48 (this was my 4th Sportster) with 1273 miles on it outside the state of California because it is titled in AZ and CA doesn't allow any bikes from outside the state to be sold in the state until they have 7k miles.(yes, it's a ridiculous law) Dane answered the phone and told me that the dealership would pay me $8375 for my bike. The blue book is $10,700. Fair enough. I put the bike in the trailer and hauled it the 5 hours. I arrive and provide title and the, essentially new, bike for inspection. Dane, gets the approval from the service inspection and then tells me he will "go $6000". "WHat? You told me $8500?" Dane says the "manager" threatened to "slap" him in the face for asking for more. Dane went on to tell me that the oil needed to be changed and there was a bigger inspection that had to be done before selling. I was tired from the hassle and conceded that I'd settle on $7k. He dialed a number and pretended that someone answered him with a resounding "no" without speaking a word. It was quite obvious that he had played this game a thousand times before. His sleezy used car dealer tactics were embarrassing as well as insulting. He wasted my time and lied to me. I'll sell my bike for his "$6000" to some kid in Reno that needs a deal before ever doing any business that promotes this shady behavior. My bike is as good as new with 1273 miles on it, has had the 1k service, and I have the title in hand. I paid over $14,000 14 months ago and have been offered $6k. Keep those numbers in mind if ever tempted to purchase anything at Reno Harley. read more

I went in 2 weeks ago to look at bikes and was met by Forrest. He spent a great deal of time showing me around the showroom front and back. I don't recommend anybody buy a motorcycle sell your motorcycle or get one serviced at Reno Harley Davidson, and here are my reasons. After totaling my bike, I saw a bike on the website of Reno Harley Davidson. I filled out the credit application got approved. Reno Harley reached out to me to make an appointment to come view the bike, and I advised him that I see the price on the Internet, but I'm not interested in paying that price Will you bargain and they said yes so when I sat down at the salesman desk, they handed me the quote for the Internet price. I said you just wasted my time you told me that this wasn't gonna be the price and I'm a qualified buyer and I told him there's not gonna be a sale today and I got up and left. before I even got home, they were texting me-please come back. Second, I don't recommend you have your motorcycle service at Reno Harley-Davidson because on two separate occasions the service department recommended service that I didn't need. because I took my motorcycle to an independent shop and didn't tell them what Reno Harley Davidson said was wrong and had them examine the brakes pads and the brake lines and they told me I didn't need that service when I told them what Reno Harley Davis said the man said I'm not surprised because they get commission off any services done that they recommend you do. And lastly, I recently sold my bike to Harley Davison, cause I didn't want to deal with people coming over and looking at the bike. I got an OK price and agreed to the sale. As the bike was financed through a local credit union, I still owed an unpaid balance, was told I would Get the remaining balance of the payoff after the check was countersigned by the headquarters and that would be from 7 to 10 days after 10 days I inquired where my check was and then was told that the credit union hasn't given them the title. So Reno Harley paid over $10,000 to the credit union and is holding $2,000 owed to me because they haven't received the title from the lender...does that make sense? Chester's Harley Davidson's was much better! read more

I bought a used Harley trike from this dealership. The sales experience was awesome. After about a week the battery on the bike died. Unlike a typical vehicle dealer, Bobby Rough (service advisor) offered to pick the bike up and check it out. The shop ran diagnostics and confirmed I needed a new battery. The shop replaced the battery and had the bike ready in less than one day. At NO CHARGE to me. I have found the shop that will do all my future work. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Reno Harley Davidson. I was shopping online at several different dealerships. Making a purchase like this, the buyer needs a little privacy & space to let their mind think about it. They shouldn't be bombarded or harassed while make a decision. Dani allowed me that privilege. She kept in touch but did not pressure me. Dani allowed me to look & take my time. And when the moment was right, and I found the one I liked, She worked with me to make the deal happen. I wanted the bike so we started our negotiations. Couldn't have gone any better or easier. They met my needs & theirs too. That's how great business is done & that's how you get repeat customers. When it was time to do the business end of it, Trevor and the Finance Team was a total class act. They gave great advice, They listened, & answered every question I had. Dani is a great salesperson.
