After a horrendous experience with Skyland Automotive, I now have my car serviced here, and only here. Never have I been more satisfied with a car service. They truly have a great team that is willing to work with you and solve the problem correctly, the first time around. I've brought my Mercedes-Benz here multiple times, and the problem was solved immediately. In the Summer of 2016, I took my Mercedes-Benz through an automatic car wash, and the car wash was so rough on my car, it broke my turn signal indicator light. I called EuroSpec and explained the problem, and they immediately ordered the light. Any time I have something go wrong with my Mercedes-Benz, I always take it here. If you are looking for honest work, fair pricing and a team of Mercedes-Benz experts, look no further! This place is truly a great find and is a life saver! I always service my Mercedes-Benz here and it has always been great work.

This place is very knowledgeable on all things mercedes…read more however, they seem too busy to keep up. they have told me i'd receive a call prior to my appointment as a reminder, never received that. they also seemed confused about what i was asking for a full body diagnostic. i didn't receive a sheet & had to go back to get it redone? not sure what they did the first time. there's 2 ladies at the front desk. the younger one is always kind & sweet. the other lady is definitely more passive & a little rude if i'm honest. (she didn't turn her head to acknowledge me until after checking her lottery #'s, lol) they're fairly priced for what they work with. all the mechanics have been very helpful & knowledgeable. i trust them.

Auto pro looked over my entire car, tightened everything and let me know what needs to be taken care of in the next 1,000-3,000 miles and didn't charge me a dime! Friendly, and we were in and out within 30 minutes! Thank you, Autopro! I'll be back for any car maintenance in the future!

I am overwhelmed by the kindness and competence demonstrated at this establishment…read more Story time: I was about to go on a long trip across several states and decided to FINALLY go to the nearest Toyota dealership to deal with all those recalls they've been sending me. I asked them to do a general check up as well...why not? I waited 4hours and was finally told that they were hearing a "grumbling" or "shaking" sound from my alternator. They told me it would be a $800ish dollar replacement. Yikes. Well, I know the dealership always overcharges for new parts, so I went to my local mechanic: Mr. Tire on Hendersonville Road. I asked them to check out the alternator, the bearings in the air compressor and bearings in the fan (not a car person, but my grandpa is and I repeated his words verbatim). I didn't wait long, but the "gent" (using the term VERY loosely) told me that not only was the alternator busted and making noise, but so was the belt around that...so the price had gone up to over $1000. Guys, I don't know anything about cars beyond checking my oil, but I do know when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I'm very much an independent woman, but I felt so completely helpless. No one was telling me the truth, no one was taking me seriously, no one was listening to what I was asking them to do. And that guy at Mr. Tire was 110% lying through his teeth. THANK GOD a fellow customer told me about Auto Pro. I called them in the parking lot of Mr. Tire and explained my situation to a very frank, down-to-earth, and incredibly understanding lady named Jen (Jennifer). She asked if I could come in within the next 10minutes before the mechanics went to lunch. I immediately said yes. As soon as I arrived, I explained my problem and was met with empathy and kindness. Jen called one of the mechanics in, explained the problem with the words I used and told Wade to, "Treat this young lady right! We want the TRUTH!" Hysterical. Wonderful person. I had been near tears because of how completely powerless I felt. She made me laugh and assured me that she and Wade would take care of me. I believed her. Within the hour, Wade was back. He told me that Toyota and Mr. Tire probably never even checked the alternator...it was in near-mint condition. So was the belt. Mr. Tire is clearly full of cold-blooded leeches. It was the air compressor, just like my Grandpa suspected. Auto Pro listened to me. They cared. They got results and WHAT'S MORE: they told me that the part was just over a year old and that I should go to the place I bought the replacement from originally and see if it was still under warranty. Incredible integrity and customer service. I am never going to another mechanic in Asheville. Not even for an oil change. Jennifer and Wade went above and beyond to help me. Thank you both so much.

I'm giving it a slightly higher review because the lady at the front was very kind…read more My car broke down last week and I had to get it towed to a shop to find out what was wrong with it. Once it was at the shop I figured I'd just "support a small business" and let them do the work. I get a call that they believe the issue is the spark plugs. The diagnostic isn't free (it's literally just plugging in a reader for the warning light) but they say they'll deduct some of it. I've worked on my car before and I have an idea of how long it took in my old cars because I did the work myself. But I didn't have a spot to do it, tools, or honestly...the time and headspace. They come back with $500 for diagnostic, parts, labor. Now I'm a little annoyed because I know spark plugs aren't that expensive, but I thought "maybe because it's a newer car it's harder to get to those parts so it'll take a bit longer". I agreed and let them do it. This is where it gets more annoying. They come back and tell me the $500 spark plug job didn't fix the issue and I need my ignition coils fixed and that brings the total to $1400! Now I'm actually mad. I said no thank you, I can figure something out later but I don't have $1400 lying around, the week of Thanksgiving, right before Christmas. The front desk lady is apologetic, she understands and tells me she'll call me back. She knocks $50 off the job I get my car back. Look...to be fair, my car needed a tune up 50,000 miles ago, and those spark plugs were dead (good job Mazda on making good parts). But $1400 was nuts. THEN I looked up how to change the ignition coils on my car and I was overtaken by rage. The spark plugs would've taken them no more than 30 minutes. The most expensive spark plugs at any auto parts place would've cost me $100 tops, they charged me $160. The ignition coils are expensive, and at an auto place would've cost $600. I paid $300 for all 4 and they arrived in 2 days. The work...to change the ignition coils took 10 MINUTES, 10 MINUTES. That means that this shop charged $164 for 20 minutes of work on the spark plugs. Then wanted to charge an additional $300 for 15 minutes of work on the ignition coils. Which BTW, if they had done all of the work at the same time would have been 30 minutes tops because you have to remove the ignition coils to get to the spark plugs.
