Cheech & Robert & all the guys at Rennwerke are next-level Porsche guys. I had them do a whole bunch of stuff on my Boxster and found the price very reasonable. Anyone with a bit of sense that knows Porsche knows these guys are the goods. People come from out of state to get their work done here. I had one of my keys disappear and Cheech replaced it for about half what the local dealer asked AND they washed and detailed my car (For a key!). I'd give them 7 stars if I could...

Title: Deceptive Sales Practices at White Plains Subaru Not…read morelong ago, I was shopping for a Subaru Solterra. There was a lease promotion available, and the only dealership that initially confirmed they had the offer and would honor it was Rye Subaru. They provided excellent service and were transparent throughout the process. Meanwhile, White Plains Subaru contacted me and stated that they would honor the same lease terms. The salesperson went further and promised that, if I brought a written offer, they would upgrade me to the next trim level for the same monthly price. I obtained the written offer and went to White Plains Subaru. The salesperson showed it to the manager. Instead of honoring the promise, I was offered the same vehicle for an additional $50 per month. The salesperson acknowledged that he had promised the higher trim at the same quoted price but said they would not honor it. This experience left me extremely disappointed. A dealership's word should mean something. I will not return to White Plains Subaru, and I believe consumers deserve clear, honest, and consistent communication when making significant financial decisions.

They didn't read the string. They didn't give me the simple answers I needed. Run-around does not begin to describe the amount of drama here. Why do we need dealerships? Would not answer my questions directly. Went for a test drive. Still could not get direct answers. Finally got a written piece of paper. Refused to come down in price. Found the same car at Toyota for $6K less. As a former Subie customer with 3 of them I'd always enjoyed the brand. But this experience was so nasty I'm done. Such disrespect.

Appointments mean nothing - "sorry, we got busy," so your appointment is no good, never mind you just took time out of your work day to be here. Routine work takes months - at first I thought the parts were just delayed, then the guy let slip they'd had the part for over a month and forgot to call me. Then, they screwed up and installed the center console over top of the seatbelt receptacle (rendering the seatbelt unusable). That's a big deal for someone who drives young kids around. Are they going to do the right thing here? No. It's like a point of pride to leave the customer high and dry. Land Rover needs to take a hard look at this place and do what they can to correct a culture of incompetence. In the meantime, there are other dealers and service centers, and you should take your business there.

Bought a broken $120,000 suv? 3 week wait for a loaner. That will be another 7 weeks to repair a coolant leak. And have an issue covered under warranty? They will call to say it's fixed.... but you get home and it's not and then another 3 weeks and also they have no loaner. AND THE BIGGEST SCAM?...... they will give you a loaner and claim you didn't fill the tank up when it's clearly filled up with receipts. Multiple times. And will not refund the money. Also expect to wait 90 minutes to drop off your car and deal with rude management every time you have to come in. Which can be weekly with a Range Rover. I've had an X7 and a Mercedes, both down the road. Both of these other dealerships are competent. STEER CLEAR.

Horrible Experience - Dishonest and Rude at Volvo White Plains…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. My car was towed here because I always took my Volvo to the dealer, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I originally called and was told a ballpark price of about $300 for a battery. When I finally managed to tow the car in, they sent me an outrageous estimate for $11,342 - with the battery alone at $628! They also claimed the alternator was bad and added a list of typical items like tires and brakes, but nothing major. When I tried to get clarity, I called multiple times and even texted. Helene, the service advisor, never returned my calls or texts. Completely unprofessional and rude. On top of that, they charged me $280 just for giving me the estimate--nothing was repaired, nothing was fixed. When I came with the tow truck to pick up my car, I was treated poorly yet again. And here's the worst part: when AAA came to help with the tow, their technician ran proper tests on the alternator (the dealer never showed me any test results). The alternator is perfectly fine. Exactly what I suspected--it was only the battery. The AAA technician retested multiple times and confirmed it. So Volvo White Plains tried to upsell me thousands of dollars in unnecessary work, lied about the alternator, refused to communicate, and then charged me almost $300 for the "privilege" of being scammed. In short: Dishonest, rude, and predatory. Do yourself a favor--avoid this dealership at all costs.

I was in the area waiting for a call from my service personnel and never received one. He said he called me twice and left a voicemail and assumed that I declined whatever tire work that needed to be done. But I never got the calls and never got the voicemail. Besides that, I drove home and the next morning, my car would not start. Called AAA and they had to come jump the battery. The battery cap was open, it was clearly drained during the service and clearly jumped by the dealership, but no one communicated that to me. Given that I drive a hybrid, and it was a short distance home, I never had the chance to charge up the battery. This led to a delay in going to work the next morning. Both experiences unfortunately led to an unpleasant impression and I am not sure who to reach out to for such concerns. I feel like customers should be communicated to when their battery is drained during service knowing that it's a hybrid vehicle.

I renewed my lease and took delivery of a new vehicle on December 22, 2025. All required payments for the new vehicle were made at that time. However, on January 1, 2026, I was incorrectly charged $699 for my previous lease, in addition to payments for the new vehicle. Additionally, I have not been reimbursed for the unused portion of my prior lease covering December 22-December 31, 2025, which totals approximately $202. I contacted the dealership nearly two weeks ago regarding this issue. My salesperson, Fabio, advised that the team was "figuring out" the reimbursement. Since then, I have received no updates, no reimbursement, and no ETA. I attempted to follow up today, but the finance manager was unavailable and did not return my call. It is extremely disappointing that the dealership is very responsive when selling a vehicle, yet unresponsive when a customer is owed money. This matter should have been resolved promptly.
