The technique that the person used to thread my brows seemed really rough and abrasive, and when she held the mirror up to show me how my eyebrows turned out, I noticed that there were two different cuts on my left eyebrow where blood was noticeably visible. She didn't acknowledge it or apologize. It could've been an off day for them but I unfortunately won't be returning.

She uses Square to book/pay for appointments, so booking is just as fast and painless as her treatments. She also does facials, which I am definitely going to do with her soon!
