They offered to dry clean my clothes after they altered them so I had them clean my dress. Very quick turn around time! They were able to alter my 2 pieces and dry clean my dress by the date he said it would be done (only 5 days - Sat till Wed). They didn't call me to confirm they were done so just show up on the day they say it will be done. To get 2 pieces altered and 1 piece dry cleaned the total cost was only $29.99. Very cheap and worth it! The only disappointment was the stitch color that he used is different than the color of my dress so you can see it a little. You really have to look closely to notice so I'm happy with the work done.

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Damaged $350 Designer Shirt and Zero Accountability…read more I am genuinely shocked by the level of customer service and complete lack of accountability at Tide Cleaners. I brought in a brand-new $350 designer shirt for dry cleaning, only to have it returned with two buttons broken off. While damaging an expensive garment is frustrating enough, the way the employees handled the situation was significantly worse. When I brought the damage to their attention, the first employee casually told me, "Most people don't care," and suggested they simply replace the original buttons with completely different ones. On a $350 designer shirt, that is an absolutely ridiculous solution. I then spoke with Anna, who identified herself as the assistant manager. Rather than apologizing, taking responsibility, or offering a reasonable resolution, she told me there was essentially nothing they could do. She even questioned whether the shirt was actually new, stating that if it were new, the buttons shouldn't have broken off. To make matters worse, I was told that I would need to source the replacement buttons myself, bring them back to the cleaners, and only then would they sew them on. So, to summarize: I paid a professional dry-cleaning business to care for an expensive garment, they returned it damaged, questioned my honesty about the condition of the shirt, and then expected me to do the legwork to correct their mistake. Not once did I feel that anyone genuinely cared about resolving the issue or retaining me as a customer. I will be pursuing reimbursement for the cleaning charges and a proper resolution for the damage to my shirt. Customers should be able to trust a professional dry cleaner with their clothing, regardless of the price. When something goes wrong, accountability and customer service should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing expensive or designer clothing to this location.
