We had 4 windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen last fall. 3 were good. 1 was horrible. It can only be opened 1/4th of the height. See picture. This one is laminated glass. The sales person said it was much better at reducing the noise to the room so I used it. But it turns out the window sash had to drop 1-2 inches when it was opened to the top. They sent a few technicians to try to fix it, only to install a limited travel balancer to the window. This balancer limits how much I can open the window, yet it still drops 1-2 inches after raising the window sash to the top this balancer defines. Now the window can only be opened for 1/4th of the height. I called and said they should at least warn the future customers. If I had know I could only open the window 1/4th of the window height, I wouldn't choose laminated glass. The Andersen person politely told me the sales is a different organization from the installation org and they had no control on what information the sales provide.

If you want to spend 3 hours listening to a presentation and spending $3,000 for a double hung and a sales associate Duncan was terrible

I paid $5800 for one window. I didn't realize that this is excessive. The quality is good but now I know that price was outrageous.

Outrageous pricing on a fiberlass door $15000.! Quality product but impossible to get pricing on line to avoid waste of time on both ends

0 Stars- they are harassing, horribly priced for a mediocre product, and did I mention annoying? Go with a local company instead.

Total scam! Do not waist you time and energy, let alone hard earned money. Ultra expensive terrible communication and sales tactics.

Mike Welch and his team did an outstanding job with the installation of the 3 doors we purchased.

GI did not do any work for us; they simply came to give us an estimate for window replacement. This…read morereview is based just on this meeting. Our impression of them was extremely bad. The guy talked like a borderline fraud. He spent 95% of the time trashing other companies instead of explaining the upsides of their product. I don't think that they are complete frauds; they offer legitimate services. However, their sales tactics are akin to tactics used by used car salesmen. Being a DIY guy, I could clearly sense that he knew way less about window installation than I did. The guy spent an hour in our house, which is an abuse, and then told us to wait and discuss while "he steps outside to talk to his manager". Presumably, "to get a permission to give us an awesome deal if we sign right away". At that point we told him the meeting was over. He told us the prices he had quoted were good for a year but he did not actually leave us any written quote. :) This whole experience was a mix of bad and hilarious. Their prices are roughly 80-100% above the market. Again, their products seem to be top quality. It is not at all clear who they use for installation. The company has a video of a company boat cruise on Charles River, and they don't have any construction people there, just a whole bunch of sales people. Again, it is pretty clear what their business strategy is. If you have a spine and patience, you can invite them over to get an upper bound on the price. But definitely shop around afterwards.

**ATTENTION ALL HOMEOWNERS LOOKING TO HIRE, RECRUITS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT, AND CURRENT EMPLOYEES**…read moreGreenline Innovations, LLC. currently owes more than $60,000 in wage theft damages to myself and Christopher Garner. I am continually harassed by phone calls from creditors regarding delinquent vehicle loans that are over 100 days past due. Greenline Innovations refuses to answer their calls, and never even bothered to show up to court. I can tell you personally from working inside this company that I would not recommend it. It is certainly not my preference to deal with things in this manner, however I feel people have a right to know with whom they are getting involved. I will update the review to make sure it is accurate moving forward when these issues are resolved. Feel free to look up these docket numbers, 1667CV000122 and 1667CV000123, in the Westborough District Court.
