The entire Renew staff works as a team. The clinic is clean and everyone knows their jobs. Patients are treated with respect, treatments are customized to the injuries, and then adjusted based on results. I have had treatments from Kyle, Taylor and Jason, and all three PTs have contributed to my recovery. The support staff is awesome and courteous also. At STAR, I was given no information as to my Copays or the total charges to my insurance. This resulted in a big surprise bill where the Copay amounts were higher than the total charged by Renew.
