Visited the facility this past weekend and I was VERY IMPRESSED!!! The staff is PHENOMENAL, they were attentive and engaged with every patient and their family members!!! I've been to 4 different physical therapy practices for the pain I've had in my neck and shoulder…read moresince 2014. I've also had three major cervical spinal surgeries and am now fused from C3 to T1. Every other therapist said the pain in my shoulder was referred pain from my neck. The doctor gave me Botox injections in my neck and shoulders because the muscles were all locked in knots. They all got it wrong. Chia, the chief therapist at Angels of Therapy, figured out in JUST ONE VISIT that it had nothing to do with my spinal surgeries, it was the scar tissue from my mastectomies in 2013! It had adhered to the fascia and was pulling the muscles tight. No one else had ever reviewed my past surgeries, they just assumed it was spinal. It only took 10 visits to relieve almost 10 YEARS of pain and discomfort and get my shoulder muscles to release. I was in absolute awe. I'm so grateful to them for getting me range of motion and pain relief so quickly, and for taking the time to evaluate my medical records. Now that I need physical therapy for my left knee I insisted that I be sent to Angels of Therapy. They are amazing.

From the time you walked in you just felt at home. From Shantel and that smile and her ability to go from office mode to tech mode when needed was a pleasure to see and having Robyn as my primary PT was amazing. Then I get a bill later on stating I had a balance of $265.00. So i wasn't not told that I should have been paying $36.00 as a copay. So I contacted the company the representative who took the call was flat out rude and inconsiderate. No customer service skills at all. I would not recommend this place to go to for any physical therapy. The therapist was nice but there should be more than one therapist in the building one person can not take care of two and three patients at a time. I think personal conversations should be at a limit.
