I had been having pains in my neck for a long while. I never sought physical therapy for it,…read morebecause, well, physical therapy in my past normally meant leaving my home far too often to treat my pain with painful, boring, and ineffectual moves. Once taught the exercises, I was normally left to my own to do them in the clinic with an occasional glance in my direction from one of the therapists. After hearing a presentation by Jena Bratton, PT, I decided to give her clinic a try. It was so different from my past experience! After a thorough assessment, she had recommendations right away for me. After evaluating pictures of my work station, she had suggestions on how I could rearrange things to reduce the fatigue on my neck and back. I immediately felt a difference after following her advice, which made it easier to sit at my desk and do what I need to do. Every visit, Jena asked me about how I was feeling, and included appropriate treatment to my plan of care for that day. This clinic is truly a hands-on treatment facility. I was given exercises to do at the clinic, and someone always came by several times to be sure I understood what I was doing and how the movements would improve my situation. I did not feel ignored at all. Two firsts for me, cupping and dry needling weren't scary at all, truly painless, and helped relieve my overall pain. All in all, the exercises, cupping, dry needling, tens therapy, heat, and counseling improved my neck issues tremendously, and increased my range of motion. A big THANK YOU to Jena, Maddie, and Jacob of Bratton Physical Therapy for welcoming me to the clinic, and improving my quality of life! I recommend this clinic to everyone looking for a great place to improve mobility and relieve pain, all in a comfortable yet professional setting with caring staff.

Let me start by saying that if there any negative reviews about this location it's complete bull…read more Robyn, Rondell and Shantel are amazing. They are a team like no other. From the time you walked in you just felt at home. From Shantel and that smile and her ability to go from office mode to tech mode when needed was a pleasure to see and having Robyn as my primary PT was amazing. Also, I can't say enough about Rondell and what he brings to the clinic. From the trivia games during PT to karaoke it was fun and hilarious. If you ever in need please go, see Robyn and Rondell.

I went here 2023 for Physical Therapy. When I first started I was not told about the co pay up…read morefront, then after a few visits I was told I had a balance of $180.00. So I was paying $20.00 every visit. So when I stop going due to having another surgery I asked on my last day am I up to date on all my payments they told me yes. Then I get a bill later on stating I had a balance of $265.00. So i wasn't not told that I should have been paying $36.00 as a copay. So I contacted the company the representative who took the call was flat out rude and inconsiderate. No customer service skills at all. I would not recommend this place to go to for any physical therapy. The therapist was nice but there should be more than one therapist in the building one person can not take care of two and three patients at a time. I think personal conversations should be at a limit.
