However, whoever makes the appointments is completely incompetent. My mother had an appointment for 3:30. We showed up at 2:45 to allow for paperwork and were done and ready by 3:00. We had quite a number of people come in after us and at least one gentleman was there for the same Dr scheduled for the same time. We were brought into a room by a very nice nurse and left there. After an hour, I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told the time was unknown. Now I understand each patient is a different case, however the people that were there AFTER us were seen including the gentleman and we weren't seen until almost 5:00 o'clock. The entire visit with the wonderful Dr Kogan lasted no more than 15 mins. When we left we were the only patients in the building. Absolutely horrible service when it comes to making sure you are seen in a timely manner, especially when the patient is in pain and has other appointments. If you schedule someone for 3:30 yet know there is a probability of it runnong over, at least COMMUNICATE THIS, just don't leave people waiting. Two stars for whoever runs that office.

By the grace of God and the tenacity of his mother, he is still alive and making progress. He has received treatment at several hospitals, but the best care and most encouraging progress has been at Trinity Neurologic Rehabilitation Center in Slidell, LA. Visited the facility this past weekend and I was VERY IMPRESSED!!! The staff is PHENOMENAL, they were attentive and engaged with every patient and their family members!!! Observing them makes me even more hopeful for a dramatic recovery for my nephew.

Performed a procedure on my husband without our authorization or a pre authorization from our Insurance company, and then billed us for it. When we pushed back on the charge, he kicked BOTH OF US out of Paradigm Health System immediately, which was a terrible ordeal since we both require constant ongoing care with medications and ablations, and my husband saw two orthopedic surgeons there as well. We lost ALL OF THEM. To make matters worse, they held our medical records and MRI images hostage for three weeks, making it impossible to get a new provider. And he NEVER would write a referral for a new provider. This has been the worst experience of our lives, and for anyone with chronic debilitating pain, you know what I mean.

I have lived with pain in my left hip and leg for years. I can now say that the hip is pain free. I can walk and keep up with my walking companion. A plan was put in place that we followed for the 2.5 months that I was in Slidell for the winter. Best call I made was to seek treatment with Alpha Physical Therapy. Thank you all. I must also add that they truly care about you personally as well as your therapy. Even when ill, they called to check on my health.
