The entire Renew staff works as a team. The clinic is clean and everyone knows their jobs. Patients are treated with respect, treatments are customized to the injuries, and then adjusted based on results. I have had treatments from Kyle, Taylor and Jason, and all three PTs have contributed to my recovery. The support staff is awesome and courteous also. At STAR, I was given no information as to my Copays or the total charges to my insurance. This resulted in a big surprise bill where the Copay amounts were higher than the total charged by Renew. Cheryl can tell you at any time what you owe. I am continuing my treatment and referring anyone I know in need of PT or just having aches and pains, to Renew Mandeville.

Once taught the exercises, I was normally left to my own to do them in the clinic with an occasional glance in my direction from one of the therapists. After hearing a presentation by Jena Bratton, PT, I decided to give her clinic a try. It was so different from my past experience! After a thorough assessment, she had recommendations right away for me. After evaluating pictures of my work station, she had suggestions on how I could rearrange things to reduce the fatigue on my neck and back. I immediately felt a difference after following her advice, which made it easier to sit at my desk and do what I need to do. Every visit, Jena asked me about how I was feeling, and included appropriate treatment to my plan of care for that day. This clinic is truly a hands-on treatment facility. I was given exercises to do at the clinic, and someone always came by several times to be sure I understood what I was doing and how the movements would improve my situation. I did not feel ignored at all. Two firsts for me, cupping and dry needling weren't scary at all, truly painless, and helped relieve my overall pain. All in all, the exercises, cupping, dry needling, tens therapy, heat, and counseling improved my neck issues tremendously, and increased my range of motion. Top of the line equipment and FANTASTIC staff. Sadly, cvid stared 1/2 way into therapy and I had to do the rest on my own (MY choice not theirs). Ryan was the bomb! That said everyone was. They know what they are doing and make you want to do your best. I truly thank each one for helping me get better... making me want to do my best (even on those bad days.) They do not shame you about your weight or your activity level. Staff wants you happy and healthy.
