My Mom has severe arthritis in both of her knees. We heard about Dr Darr so made an appointment to see him. Once in his office we read the articles hanging on the walls and felt really good about the stem cell injections. He came in and explained the procedure and mentioned that sometimes it takes a while for the treatment to work - but we figured eventual relief was better than none at all so she had both knees done. Unfortunately, $7,000. (cash) and over two years later she still has had absolutely no relief. Needless to say, we would NOT recommend Dr. Darr or his procedure! read more

Rotor cup fixed couple years ago. Dr. did a great job repairing several tears. After 5 month recovery ( no lifting reaching wrong) arm was or felt like new. Latest visit was the back. Stretching and therapy will correct this problem thank God. read more

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had, my spouse is hurt, the ladies in the front desk not helpful at all, lets see husband had an appointment early this morning, was advised that his prescriptions would be called in, well for one they never called in the entire prescription, so with my very hurt husband let me remind you, he has been waiting and sitting around to get a call, he tried on several attempts to contact with no such availability to do so, so then i tried to contact them still no luck left messages on the answer machine pretty much tells you on the voice recording that if you leave more than one then you will be skipped and have to wait longer, what sort of way is that to treat, someone who is paying you for a service that you did not provide, well to continue so i attempted to call for my husband, not only was I unable to get through, but in order for me to get thru i had to use the " make a payment" option, then bamm immediate pick up, once they realized that i was calling for my husband, i was put on hold for 15 mins, i eventually hung up when i tried to call back, i went back to square one now they are purposely ignoring my calls, that's okay i will getting in touch with the better business bureau in regards to this matter, this is not okay when you are clearly listening to your significant other suffer and there is nothing that you can do about it, i would rate this place a negative start review if that option was available, but i will keep my promise and report this company to the better business bureau like i said previously, i will continue to call even if you do not answer that way i can have proof in the pudding as they would say. i will never recommend nor use your business again ever. Dr. Darr and the Covington Ortho group are amazing. Dr. Darr worked on my back and ankle. He is extremely knowledgable and personal. I used the ARP therapy at his office for my hamstrings and back and I was amazed with the results. I have dealt with bad knees from a very young age in now at 55 years old I have severe arthritis in both knees. Although I got my quality of life back through pain management I knew it wasn't the route I want to go because of the medicine. After hearing about stem cell injections I checked out Dr. Kevin Darr. I have to say he is probably the best orthopedic doctor I have ever seen, and I've seen of you to say the least. He takes his time he explains everything and put you on a one-to-one basis. Truly a life saving doctor and second to none. I went through the stem cell injections on Friday, 18 May. Although it was pretty expensive and very painful he explained why because of the extensiveness of my arthritis, we had to attack it aggressively. Sitting here Monday morning I'm able to walk on my own with very little pain and debating on whether I should go to work or not. My work consist of climbing a tower crane some 300 feet in the air. Although I could probably do it I'm thinking one more day and I definitely can.
