I would give this place a negative rating if I could. Nothing can express the disappointment I am feeling. My wedding was a while ago and I'm still furious at how the flowers turned out. I had written a review at that time but somehow it mysteriously disappeared. That's how shady this place is. The style I chose was simple, nothing extravagant compared to the craziness they do nowadays. So given that I wanted something simple and them messing up is unacceptable. They were enthusiastic, clear, business-minded, and attentive. They were committed to creating a magical environment consistent with our taste and budget. The result was a truly magnificent floral "feast." The bride's bouquet, which was intended to be an updated version of Mom's 1986 bouquet, was exquisite (thank you, Ruben!). We ordered flowers for my mother's 90th birthday. We had never used Renaissance before but they were very close to my mother's home so we gave them a try. Our budget was about $65. We asked for red roses and a few other types of flowers to be put in a simple glass vase. The arrangement that was delivered looked more like one that would have cost twice as much money. In addition to the roses, there were orchids, tulips and sprays of baby roses in various shades of red. It was magnificent. The arrangement was in a patterned vase, not plain glass, which added to the opulence of the flowers. We will certainly be calling Renaissance again for all our floral needs.
