Once she has discovered where all the knots are she begins your massage as if she is following a road map. Ann is the best massage therapist I've ever met and since my first appointment I've became a monthly repeat client. Prices are very affordable and is worth every minute of the total massage. I get a one hour massage every-time and the time flies by so fast. Please take note of her new location. 5 Stars is a reputation that most massage therapist only wish for but Ann has 5 Star reviews from numbers of clients. Thank You Ann for your professionalism and amazing massages. Phil & Jane

The Caring Touch is not just massages, it's also about Sandra, the owner/ masseuse. You will not…read morewalk out of there feeling the same as when you walk in. It's just not humanely possible. Whatever you were carrying around w/ you, be it emotions, stress, anxiety, knotted up muscles, whatever....She will find it and get rid of it before you leave. This is therapy. I'm not massage guru but before the Caring Touch, I don't think I knew what the real measure of a massage could be. I had the 30- 60 min faux serenity now, beat you, bruise you, disconnected from you, get-you-in-and-out massage and that's all i knew. I wondered "why do people pay for this". Although, I've come to realize not all massage is bliss (b/c goshdarn it, kneading tensed toxic muscles can be quite painful), the way the masseuse applies that pain transforms the experience. It is clear that Sandra is not thinking of what she's gonna have for lunch, bills she needs to pay, or anything other than being in that room with you connecting with your body to relieve your discomfort. And she does it in a non-creepy nonverbally way (i can't deal w/ small-talk during a massage nor feeling like the massage means much to the person giving it than to me). The end result: you come out reformed; experiencing how your body once felt long ago all the time....to stand straight and relaxed w/o difficulty...even tired and a bit woozy from the experience. the downside: she's super popular so if you want her, get your appt scheduled well in advance. if you are an SU student, let her know b/c she gives discounts!

Crystal is one of the best massage therapists I have experienced in 20+ years of receiving…read moretreatment. She is a part time power lifter so she has super strength as well. She can easily move your entire torso while stretching your IB and other muscles/ tendons. I have used Crystal for about 3 years and my wife recently canceled her hand and stone membership and started using Crystal as well. PS... I saw another review that implied funny business happened here and that couldn't be further from the truth. It is unfortunate someone would post a review without having firsthand information.

Updating my review in light of COVID --…read more The health spa is still open during COVID and is taking additional precautions to protect staff and customers. Staff and customers have to wear masks, they limit the amount of people allowed in the spa at one time, and they wipe down/clean and disinfect everything after each customer comes. I did a couples massage with my husband for 90 minutes with hot stone therapy and it was so nice. Even with wearing a mask it was still easy to relax and enjoy after all the stress 2020 has brought us all lol. Nina was my masseuse and my husband had Linda. Both ladies were very nice and attentive and did an amazing job! I told Nina I do a lot of computer work for my job, so she focused a lot on getting out the tension from my head, neck, shoulders, and lower back/sciatica/tailbone area since those are tender spots when you're working remotely from home on a computer all day Anyways, definitely would recommend to anyone looking to have a pamper/treat yourself day.
