I purchased an hour session and received a full hour treatment. I disrobed and the lights were dimmed. Light, calming music played setting the environment for me to relax. My technician was firm but gentle. She sought stress knots out meticulously and destroyed them and finally evicted them without notice!!!! It was so needed and honestly as stressed as I am I am sure I need more than one session. I think this will be the perfect place to get real self care, not just a run down.
