First time using this group and we were not disappointed…read more We needed to move on a specific date, gave a deposit and with one week to move the lawyers pushed the date out. Not Soliman's fault so we lost that date and they couldn't move the date to our new date. BUT, Rebecca saved the day by giving us some excellent guidance and got us on her schedule. We were panicking so thank you Rebecca. So, the 4 guys showed up exactly on time and proceeded to start the process. Gotta say, all 4 of these guys treated us and our belongings with respect and professionalism and we all had a few laughs along the way. No damage whatsoever and they handled a few of our most difficult pieces with extra care. They charge by the hour so we were well aware of expected costs so NO surprises and we've done this 7 times where we had plenty of surprises. They did a walk-through, double-checked everything, unwrapped, took their packaging and moved a couple of things for us not associated with the actual move. Very accommodating. They only took a 15 minute lunch break even though I told them to take an hour. This was our best move and we couldn't have asked for a better company to make it all happen. We highly recommend them. Remember folks, TIP the team. This work is crazy hard so take care of those that take care of you.

They are the only movers I will use! They came highly recommended by a family member, and I can see…read morewhy, because they were prompt, extremely professional, efficient and courteous. They were just as good at setup as they were at loading and transport and I was completely comfortable having them in my home. They also brought enough of a crew to do the job, and not one item was damaged in any way. They were done many hours and many dollars under their perfectly reasonable estimate. 10 out of 10!

This was categorically the worst moving experience in my lifetime. Here is a documentation of an…read moreextremely stressful nearly 18 hour nightmare moving my daughter. I will be filing with the better business bureau and have documentation of all communications and photographs of damage. This document summarizes the significant problems I experienced with the moving company during my move from Syracuse, New York, to my new apartment approximately four hours away. The issues included substantial delays, inadequate planning and truck capacity, mishandling of my belongings, damage to multiple pieces of furniture, failure to properly protect my property, leaving belongings unsecured and unattended, and failure to provide the services that had been discussed. 1. Significant Delay in Arrival and Poor Communication The movers were originally scheduled to arrive at 10:00 a.m.At approximately 7:00 a.m. on the morning of the move, I was notified that they would instead arrive at approximately 11:00 a.m.I was subsequently told that the movers would "be there shortly." However, I received no further update regarding their arrival. After approximately another hour had passed, I had to reach out myself for an updated arrival time. The movers ultimately did not arrive until after 1:00 p.m., more than three hours after the originally scheduled arrival time. 2. Inadequate Truck Size Despite Advance Assessment Prior to the move, the owner specifically requested multiple videos of my apartment and belongings in order to determine the appropriate truck size necessary for the move. I provided the requested information so the company could accurately assess the amount of property being transported.Despite this advance assessment, after approximately half of my belongings had been loaded, the movers informed me that all of my belongings would not fit in the truck.I was also concerned by the manner in which the truck was loaded. The movers initially loaded numerous smaller boxes rather than first positioning the larger furniture pieces. Items then appeared to be packed into the remaining space in a disorganized and careless manner. The movers subsequently asked whether I could transport some of my belongings in my personal vehicle. One of the reasons I specifically hired professional movers was so that my vehicle would remain available to safely and comfortably transport my two dogs during the approximately four-hour drive. I explained this to the movers. Although I agreed to attempt to fit some additional belongings in my vehicle, I made clear that I needed sufficient space to safely transport my dogs. 3. Belongings Left Unattended on a Busy Public Road During the move, my belongings were left unattended outside on a busy road in downtown Syracuse near a bus stop. This was particularly concerning because I had specifically expressed that I was worried someone could steal my belongings. I asked the movers whether I should personally remain outside with the items to ensure they were secure.I was told that this was unnecessary and that everything would be fine.Despite my explicitly stated concern, my belongings were still left unattended in a busy public area. 4. Obstruction of Common Areas in My Apartment Building The movers moved a large amount of my property into the lobby immediately outside of the elevators before loading it onto the truck. The belongings were positioned in a manner that blocked the pathway between the elevators and building doors.Multiple residents had to approach the movers and ask them to move items so that residents could safely walk between the elevators and exits. 5. Significant Damage to Leather Couch I personally witnessed the movers dragging my leather couch across the floor and across the grated vestibule/threshold of the elevator. This resulted in visible damage to the leather in multiple locations. The couch was also improperly positioned inside the moving truck. Rather than being appropriately supported, it was placed in a position that caused its shape to become distorted during transportation. As a result, the couch is now damaged and no longer sits flat on the floor as it did before the move. 6. Shattered Lamp and Glass Left Behind: One of my lamps was shattered during the move. This was the only damaged item that the movers voluntarily brought to my attention, apparently because the damage was immediately obvious due to shattered glass being present.Despite breaking the lamp, the movers left the shattered glass throughout the lobby of my original apartment building rather than safely cleaning it up.They also left the remaining base of the broken lamp behind in the lobby when they departed. This created both a property issue and a potential safety hazard for residents and building staff. 7. Damage to Brand-New Nightstand During the move, I heard the movers drop an item. I later discovered that the item was my brand-new nightstand. The movers did not inform me that they had dropped or damaged it. After inspecting

My sister was in a tough spot and needed to move out of her house and sell it. Years and years of…read moreaccumulated "stuff" was all over the house, in a 5ft height basement, a storage shed, and a two-car garage. Then there was her antique furniture that had great sentimental value. She was very emotional and was completely overwhelmed. I checked Yelp for a Moving company in Syracuse and ran across First Class Moving and Removal, as we not only needed her belongings moved to a storage unit, but needed all the junk-type stuff taken to the dump. I saw a picture of Shaun and his crew next to a meticulously blanket-covered and wrapped piece of furniture and immediately felt this was a company that truly CARED about people's things and was willing to demonstrate that instead of just making idle boasts. I spoke with Shaun on the phone (I was orchestrating this whole thing from California) and found him to be professional, courteous, and understanding of the need for a kind and helpful approach to this very emotionally charged situation. My sister is elderly and since I couldn't be there in person to oversee the packing and move, I had to rely on trusting my gut from not much more than a few phone calls and texts to get this started. Long story short, Shaun and his crewmember did a FANTASTIC job on all levels. The furniture was completely blanketed and wrapped, the items that were not quite packed were taken care of, and ALL the junk went quickly to the dump. They took pics of the whole process, the packed truck, and the filled storage unit, keeping me updated all along the way. My sister felt safe, supported, and acknowledged. The price was exceptional for what they had to do. They moved quickly to keep the time down and didn't even take a break until it was all done. THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONAL YOUND BUSINESS and I would recommend them to anyone. This level of professionalism, integrity, and above all, caring is beyond rare. This young man and his company will go far. I can't recommend them enough.

A number of items are missing. and instead of placing the items in the rooms they were designated for the dumped them all in the living room, now I have very big boxes to figure out how to get them where they should be. When I contacted the company to advise them I was accused of extortion. They hung up on me and blocked my number. My advise is do not hire them.
