I'm an experienced radon professional and NY licensed home inspector with 30+ years in the construction industry. Having installed many hundreds of radon mitigation systems, we guarantee to reduce the radon in your home or real estate transaction. We provide professional radon testing and consulting. I have over 30 years experience from the US Army Engineers and as a general contractor in pretty much all aspects of home construction. I'm a NY State licensed home inspector, inspected over 2500 homes since 1997, which is when I started doing professional radon testing. I saw a need for quality radon mitigation and began installing radon mitigation systems in 2007. Since then I have installed several hundred successful radon reduction systems. There has never been a house I was not able to reduce the radon to an acceptable level. I'm always leaning more about radon mitigation and new methods to reduce or mitigate it. I have earned a reputation among many Realtors as the go-to guy for difficult or exacting radon jobs, the types of jobs turned down by most radon contractors. I also get regular calls to fix radon mitigation systems that are not working properly for what ever reason. I live in the Manlius near Syracuse but have a large service area covering most of Central NY.
